As we pulled up to the window after being told we could not Cash the gentleman at the drive-through window drop my husbands change on the ground as I noticed this I noticed the only one person in the whole store was wearing mask and gloves so I proceeded to take a picture so that I can discuss it with the manager on Monday morning when they came in at that point the manager stuck her head out the window asked me why I was still in her drive-through I explained to her that I was waiting on my food that I had paid for she told them to get my food asked me what I had then proceeded to tell me that I was a literate because I did not know how to read the governors order that issued on June 15 that stated they did not have to wear a mask or gloves it was a voluntary thing I said OKAt this point I still have not received my food she continuously stood at the window and talk to me and my husband as if we were in the wrong for asking why people didn’t have a mascon she kept telling us to leave her drive-through and I told her we would leave when we got our food so I called corporate store and ask if it was policy they explain to me that it was Bojangles policy and that because they were a franchise they still have to abide by corporate policies I’ve called twice to speak to someone at corporate with no work at all over the past few months every time we go to Bojangles it’s an extremely long experience and it takes an act of Congress to get our food I’m pretty sure that I was done this way and racially discriminated on Sunday once I confronted fronted her About the mask I called her to let her know that it was not a matter of the governors order it was a matter of corporate orders and that they were required to wear a mask and I would be taking it up with corporate Monday morning and who I was she informed me at that time that they were a franchise and did not have to abide by the rules is corporate once again I was informed that I was too illiterate to read the Governors order a sheet on 15 June at this time I hung the phone up she proceeded to call me back three more times from the caller ID to inform me that she was having me arrested for videotaping I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I’m pretty sure that I was racially discriminated against the experiences I’ve gotten this Bojangles lead me to believe that there are no stars. To be given to this restaurant something has happened over the past several months since they built a new one in Temple in the store has gone downhill the employees do not care what they throw you in your car as long as they throw you some food in you leave it has become a joke to even go there now with the management there I’m pretty sure that this was the last straw we will not be eating at this...
Read more03/07/2021 - I have officially given up on this location. It's so sad, but I can't do it anymore. Once again, they're out of supplies, the same item they were out of 2 weeks ago. Then, as I'm eating my lunch in the dining room, an employee starts vacuuming the dining room in the middle of Sunday lunch rush. Where is the leadership? Where is management!
By the way, Owner, I like how you seem to reply to the positive comments, but few of the criticisms. Stop controlling the thermostat on your phone from multiple states away and make a visit to this location. Make a change in management! Good luck!
Update - 02/26/2021 - It is always fascinating how employees handle challenges and customer service. Standing outside this Bojangles with a group at 6 am, waiting for the door to open when the so-called manager walks into the dark lobby, tapes a sign to the door 'drive-thru only' and walks away. I know he can see that there are 6 people standing in the drizzling rain waiting to come in, but doesn't have the decency to open the door and apologize that the lobby isn't opening. I get being short-staffed, but learn some customer skills or even some human decency. Owner, this new management is failing you. This is the second situation that I've experienced with this same manager. It might be time to reevaluate! Come on Popeyes!
Update - 08/13/2020 - Please be aware that you're losing business by not opening your indoor dining like so many other places in the community. I've pulled into the parking lot on at least 6 instances, saw chairs turned upside down on tables and I keep driving over to Moe's. Figure out how to open your dining room or lose this customer permanently at this location.
I've been a fan of Bojangles for more than 2 decades. Anytime I get near one, I've got to get my Bojangles fix. This location was great! Restaurant was clean and food was...
Read moreI came here this morning and placed an order. My food was old/stale. I called back to ask if I could get fresh food and the manager wanted to know what time i had placed my order. (Less than 10 minutes). She said yes, I also share that I had an appointment. I didn’t know at the time that my tea wasn’t sweet so when I returned to exchange my bo’ rounds, I asked for an exchange of drink as well. The manager at this location, old African American woman with grey braids in her hair needs to take sensitivity and customer service training classes. Her demeanor is horrible. The cashier that came to the window to help Me, alerted me that she couldn’t take my drink back, when she looked at my bag of food that I was returning she asked if that was my order, I said yes but your aggressive manager had a lot to say.. not only did she jump in and state that what I said was inaccurate, she also stated that it was to late to return my drink! I took 2 sips out of my drink and it’s full otherwise. I’ve never heard of timing being an issue especially when I asked first, and then returned as promised. While I understand policies, I don’t take kindly to rudeness! Nor do I appreciate horrible customer service. When I asked for the stale food back, I told the manager not to worry about it that I would reach out to corporate and she told me to go ahead and call them, she didn’t care! I’ve been sitting in their parking lot for almost an hour on the phone trying to reach a district manager and not 1 additional al car has placed an order with them. I understand why! Her attitude will be the downfall of this business! Bolinda is the name on my receipt! Horrible service!! She needs a break, a retreat, or a new job all together. Something is...
