ATL WINGS N HIBACHI — Restaurant in Villa Rica

Manager is VERY unprofessional and a liar. A few weeks ago we ordered eggs rolls and was given the wrong one’s. We ordered Veggie because our girls are highly Allergic to seafood. Long story short I called there 2x for the manager to call me. No call!!! I went there and placed another order spoke to a young man and he wrote my number down and put it on the board. Today I called to place a order and finally spoke to the manager and explained what happened and told him they should be more careful because the situation could have been different. Thank God we had a EpiPen. He NEVER once said I’m sorry this happened and it won’t happen again. He lied and said they were out of egg rolls today and when my husband was up there getting egg rolls I called and he didn’t answer the phone. My husband texted me and said he was looking at the phone and didn’t answer not aware it was my husband and not me. Let’s just say you lucked up today because I’m not feeling well and you loss a customer. Customers are the reason you stay in business. Especially during Covid you should be grateful we are supporting your business. Instead of me taking this into my hands I will let GOD deal with you. No one wanted free food just an apology. In my opinion, this was not good at all. I ordered the shrimp hibachi, and what I got was shrimp and fried rice(somewhat). They stated on the menu that the vegetables used were frozen, and you couldn't substitute or remove any of them. That should have been an indicator for me NOT to order. The rice had the small round peas and cubed carrots, and that was it... didn't even have eggs in it. When I think hibachi, I think of fresh veggies stir-fried with rice with scrambled eggs... this was not the case. I was looking for broccoli, carrots, peas... etc. They also did not have any ginger sauce and no yum yum sauce as well. I tried their wings about 5 years ago, and I was disappointed, so I never went back. I reluctantly decided to try their hibachi, and I was sadly surprised at what I got. I wish I had taken a picture. Terrible food and overpriced! Watched the guy make my Philly with a smaller portion than any other restaurant uses to make a beef sandwich, my Philly was loaded with oversized vegetables that tasted like Chinese food the amount of meat on the sandwich is so small you only taste bread and veggies. The wings were precooked and never warmed back up to the correct temperature so instead of fried wings they have the texture of baked chicken. GO TO SUZIE’S WINGS AND DELI IF YOU WANT A GOOD PHILLY AND WING COMBO THAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR FRIES FOR A COMBO!
