I’m only giving 1 stars but if I could I’ve give zero! Tonight 5/14 I went to get food around 9pm and after ordering and paying was of course told to pull forward so the clock could restart and it appear as if they were doing their jobs correctly by serving food on time. I did so knowing what was to come but it ended up being worse than I could have ever expected. 45 mins later and car after car, after car went through the line and I still had no food. I then went in to confront the workers only to be told that they “forgot about my food and to go back out and they would bring my meals out within minutes”. 10 mins later a rude and hateful guy worker brought my food out. No apology & no offer to make anything right either. I then asked to speak to their manager and was told “no I could not speak to him”, I told the man that “I deserved an apology and some sort of refund to compensate me for my time wasted” and he said “they would not be doing either and I need to leave because the manager was not coming out”. I then refused to leave until a manager came out and when he finally did he told me “there was nothing he was willing to do to fix their mistake and I needed to leave”. I then asked him for his name, because he wasn’t wearing a name tag and he refused to give me that information, so I then asked for his bosses name and when I could call and speak to them about the situation and how I’d been treated and he told me “he wasn’t giving me that information either” and walked away. I was left with nothing resolved and again with no apology. Then, to make matters even worse, once I pulled away I realized that my Dr. pepper was flat and had no ice, I received none of the sauces I asked for, my sandwich was wrong, my fries were hard and ice cold and there was not a single straw or napkin in the bag. Going back to ask for my things to be corrected at that point was pointless because I knew how I would be treated if I did. This store is a failure just like the one in Bremen and it’s just a matter of time before this one closes just like that one did. No PAYING costumer should ever be treated so poorly. And, the making costumers pull forward to wait for their food so their drive time isn’t bad should never be allowed for this exact reason. Read moreEvery time I go to this Popeyes there is an issue. They are either out of everything, or they screw the order up. Tonight I tried to order a 12 piece tender family meal and was told they don’t have a 12 piece tender family meal when it was clearly on the menu in the drive through. I was then told I could order a 9 piece family meal, so I said fine I’ll just get that I want mild. I get to the window and see them putting normal single serving sides in my bag; I told them I ordered the family meal with large sides and they proceeded to give me three single servings instead of just giving me a large (which I was fine with). I also asked several times for blackened ranch. After I get my food I realized they didn’t give me my blackened ranch I asked for several times so I had to go park and go inside and get it; inside I asked for the blackened ranch and was given attitude and only revived two ranches for the 9 piece. I then asked for more because that wouldn’t be enough and was met with more attitude. After all that and I get home I pull my order out of the bag only to realize the three single serving sides weren’t even filled half way. I could literally put all three in one single serving container (I ordered large sides), and then I open my chicken only to discover they gave me about 4 full size tenders and the rest were just fried batter and giblets, then I proceed to bite one and of course it’s spicy which is fine if I was eating it by myself but kids aren’t gonna eat spicy chicken. So long story short I’m out $27 and diner is ruined. I will not be going back to this Popeyes and will be driving to Bremen or Carrollton or not getting Popeyes at all. Thanks for wasting my...
Read moreThe lobby was not open so my only choice was drive thru. The line moved so slow and it was wrapped around the building.I finally got to the order screen and so many items were not in stock. They were out of fries, desserts etc. I placed my order and was told exact change only or credit cards. I finally get to the window and wait. There are only 3 people in the store, the person that took my order was standing around or playing on his phone while each order took about 10 minutes to get each persons food. I saw one of the ladies set what I believe is my order on the table and walk away. I watched it while the only male was playing on his phone finally walk over and grab the bag and open the drive thru window with out even looking at me and stuck the bag out for me to grab and quickly shut the window. I sat there thinking he is trying my drink and will be back but he did not. Another five minutes went by and he looked and saw it was still me and opened the window like “ what’s do you want”? I was pissed… so I said he you actually looked at me and asked me if I needed anything else or said thank you he might have known he never handed me my drink ( which 3-4 were sitting there already made. I got home and checked my bag and found no sauces, no fork or spoon for the mash potatoes, no napkins. I have never had any problems like this at chick fil a. That’s why they are number one.
