Oriental Spa — Local services in Villa Rica

I just went in today for my third time. The first two times I was serviced by Dana, and today by Mei. In both cases, the massage was exactly what I was looking for: complete head to toe proper firm massage. No light caressing of just the back for 45 minutes before making lame overtures to the legs and front. As an avid cyclist, I'd like more attention to my legs, but given the lack of instruction provided by me, I'm quite pleased.

The table shower table is one of the better ones I've encountered. It's plenty spacious for my average frame, and the basin has water jets along the sides. The shower itself is a typical handheld shower head, though.

I've knocked off one star for a couple of reasons. First, because they leave the room door ajar. I'm not super bothered by it, but it is quite strange. Second, for inconsistent table showers. While Dana's massage is great, she seems to want to skip the shower as much as possible. I only learned that because Mei gave a nice full, unrushed, shower. I really appreciated Mei's approach and attention.

Last Time I was here there were some things I didn’t like about this spa. Today I went back to try it again and that was a good decision. I met the manager and she was very kind and her and Liya gave me a 20 minute 4 hand for Father’s Day. After that I continued my two hour massage with Liya and and not Only the 4 hand was OMG outstanding but the rest of my Swedish massage with Liya was exceptional. Eight months ago I gave a review that not only was there salesmanship during the massage but the massage was just OK. I am now retracting that review because in the past eight months they have shown me that now this place is one of my top five spas to go to in Georgia and Liya has become a exceptional masseuse for signature and Swedish. It shows me that Asian spas or like anybody else in this country when they make mistakes they learn from them and correct those mistakes. Worst massage I have ever had. The woman used her forearms to apply pressure 95% of the massage, over 10min of this was through a sheet.. Tried to upcharge $10 for cocoa oil. Asked her twice to be sure I heard her correctly, before saying no. Cbm oil is usually that price. It was painful, and she was so proud saying "I Strong". No your digging your elbow into muscle. She didn't even move the leg roll when I was on my back, it was under my feet, and applied pressure to my knees OUCH, seemed to have no clue what she was doing. Best part were the hot stones because she couldn't dig them into my body. My neck is very tense morning after, since muscles weren't loosened, just "rolled." Can't believe I paid for that.
