Pathetic excuse for a food establishment. I brought my daughter at 3:20pm on a Thursday to run in for a “large #4 with a S tea.” I did not get a receipt because they did not have receipt paper, said they’re short staffed and allegedly too busy to look. We get home she is upset because she’s been wanting for this #4 for a few days. It’s all wrong. I’m upset because I have to drive her back across town now going into 5:00 traffic. We called I spoke with someone who identified themselves as the “manager.” I explained what happened she said NO WORRIES ILL PUT YOUR NAME IN A BOOK. Four nights later we stop by to get it replaced, the slouchy frizzy abnormally large manager. I think, female, was so rude, she asked me do I have the food? Really? I said it’s no one problem I handed her a $20 asked for my change receipt and food. She walked off running her mouth. I sat for 8 mins waiting for my money I assumed she was gone to make it. She comes back and said I called my DM, no answer, I said why have I been sitting here for nearly 10 minutes waiting on my food my change in my receipt so I can get out of here I told you a second ago I will handle it I don’t need you to make calls for me I want you to speak for me I’m at the house I got a mouth I will do that she throws my money back at me and says I’m not getting you a geeni thing I will be in touch with Corporate. Read moreFirst let me start with this. Dyan and I make it a point to interact with employees anywhere we go. We have seen and experienced too many times where employees, especially in fast food, are treated terribly. With that said, the employees at the counter at this location should not be dealing with customers. No personality. No courtesy. The talk to you like you are an inconvenience.
Then there is the food. Asked for onion rings in a meal. Of course she did not hear it. Tried the new taco. Ok, it was only a dollar but they should stick to burgers.
Then tried the Caesar chicken sandwich. This has potential IF and only if they stop crying the chicken until there is nearly no moisture in it. And no way I was asking for a new one with the staff that was there.

The manager couldn't even get you to stop! Management should have sent you home or fired you on the spot! Children were there!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 These children don't hear that language at home and we sure didn't want them hearing it at an establishment that we were trying to get supper at!!! You lost a sale and now have an added complaint! You may not care, but we do. Word of mouth matters also. If customers quit coming into your establishment, you won't have a job! Think about that! Corporate needs to come down and listen to y'all without y'all knowing who they are so y'all don't ruin their business any more than it's already...
