I do not like to leave bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. I have even had issues at this location before and never said anything. But I went here Friday to simply pick up my pizza for my family and I. I asked for a military discount that has been given to me before no issue at this location, when I asked if they still do military discount the guy looked at me weird so I repeated myself, he said I was going to make a joke, I said ok , what? He said when is the military going to make my gas and groceries cheaper that's what I want to know and walked off to run my debit card. How is that a joke? And how ignorant can you be to say that? The military has no control to lower groceries and gas prices. I was left speechless, my daughter was in the car with me and she looked so confused and said why did he say that. I was SO upset I had to pull over and call my husband and calm down. Before anyone makes a comment like this , you should know facts and maybe try to understand you don't know what anyone or their family has been through. My husband is a disabled veteran that served in combat in Afghanistan who is forever altered by his service. And that food I picked up was for my son and my family to eat together before he goes to his duty station to possibly be shipped off. My son just graduated basic training and infantry school and I'm blessed to be able to have 2 weeks with him before he is gone for God knows how long then some guy decides to make a comment like this. And to top it off the guy who made this comment is a manager or at least he said he was from a previous issue I had trying to use my pizza hut rewards, he said pizza hut doesn't do free specialty pizzas when I clearly had an email saying they do and I have gotten it before. Someone really needs to address this location. But I know one thing I will NEVER go...
Read moreIn the past we ordered weekly from you. It has been about a year because your quality and service declined. So a year later we tried again. It took 90 min to get our order. The website said at the most 47 min wait on a delivery order. A hour after placing I called the location. The man that answered informed me that the website information was false. That at least a hour to get a delivery. He said the tracker was giving me false information. When it said our order was out for delivery it wasnt. He then said he looked at the orders waiting and ours wasnt at the store so the delivery driver must have it. OKAY??? 30 min later I called back. Now this man was upset I was calling him again. I asked him has our order been with a delivery driver for at least 30 min at this point. He says he dont know but he should be arriving with our order soon. a few min later we got our order. It all looked good but all was cold. At this point we just ate the cold food well most of it. The cinnamon sticks are not good at all cold. We wont bother this man (employee) again. It took a year for us to try again. It was a mistake. At one point in the past your food was great. As stated in the past we ordered weekly. Now we order Dominos weekly. And will continue to in the future. The call was recorded so all Im saying should be able to be verified. Unless it was false infomation like I was told was on your website. And by the way the Dominos tracker is always correct!!! Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience. Because your employee last night could have cared less. Read moreThis order was placed at 4:16 pm for delivery. On the app the estimated delivery time was 4:55 pm. I was like ok cool that works. Come 5:20 I call the store to make sure my order is actually out for delivery. The lady told me on her side it says it is to be delivered at 5:30 so give them 10 more minutes. I told her ok. Now here we are it is now 5:50. I call the store back and I’m put on hold while she tries to find my order. She said oh it looks like the order was brought back to the store since the driver could not find your address (I have ordered here before, dominos, and Uber eats all which have had no trouble delivering my food). I told her no one called me to notify me my order was not coming (an order that was paid for!) I told her to remake my food since it is 6pm and I ordered at 4pm and I will pick it up my self but I need to be refunded my tip and delivery fee money. She said she cannot do that but can give me a gift card to the store. And she will remake my order it will be ready for pick up in 15 min. Send my husband to get the order and apparently my food was never remade just placed in the warmer. So now we have to wait an additional 15 min on top of the previous 15 min to get my order fresh. This was horrible service! It is right now 6:40 pm and I have not received my food yet for an order placed at 4:16. It is the next day. I have called the store multiple time and they are saying they cannot refund my money. So it will be disputed...
