China Wok — Restaurant in Villa Rica

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I used to be fond of this location. It seems like the last couple of years their services have gone from bad to worse. The rice is hard and the meats taste rancid, texture is very bad. Please be aware that if you buy anything here and it’s bad. They will not issue a refund, but will advise that next time it’ll be better. Sorry but not sorry there won’t be a next time for me. Board of health should take a look into this location. They don’t care about customer service, it’s either 10 minutes for your food to be done and be happy with whatever they decide to give you. I DON’T RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I have seen so many BAD reviews on this place as of today and I just have to say they are ALL wrong. This place had EXCELENT customer service and smiles all around. The store was CLEAN and smelled nice. The food was AMAZING to the point where my kids devoured the sweet n sour chicken, fried rice, and the beef lomein! For reference they are 2 and 4 years old. We have gotten Chinese food from many places over the years and THIS ONE is a hit. They packed the wonton soup with wontons and they didn't skip the fortune cookies! They offer chopsticks that come from Hong Kong as well and let me tell ya, they are BEAUTIFUL. This is will be MY family's Chinese spot from jow until we move one day! I live right behind a place just like this one on the other side of town but have always favored China Woks food. Today will be my final purchase there. I called in an order for orange chicken with fried rice, sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, and dumplings. Went and picked it up, got home and realized my orange chicken was not in the bag. Drove back to China Wok and told the lady and she said, "No you ordered chicken fried rice!" I replied that I did not and that I had order the orange chicken, in which she replied "Oh yeah, I'm sorry. I'll make it for you now for $5."
