WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Villa Rica

My visit to WNB in Villa Rica was far from what I expected. The first thing I noticed was that the window on the door was completely covered, which immediately raised red flags because customers can’t see what’s going on in the kitchen or how the food is being prepared. Transparency in a restaurant is important, and that setup felt like they were intentionally hiding something.

On a positive note, the place itself was clean and the food I ordered tasted good. However, I couldn’t help but notice the grease used in the fryer seemed overdue for filtering, which left a heavy taste on some items. Small things like that really affect the overall quality and can take away from what could have been a great meal.

The staff was polite, but the atmosphere just didn’t give me that welcoming, open feeling that most restaurants aim for. Combined with the covered kitchen view and the need for more attention to food prep details, it makes you wonder about the consistency of their practices behind the scenes.

While my food came out decent this time, those issues made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. With more focus on transparency, fresher cooking oil, and a little more attention to detail, this location could definitely leave a better impression...

Okay, I had a big order delivered. Went to eat and saw they forgot to put my chicken cheese steak in the bag. Wanted me to come pick it up. Uh...no. That's why I ordered delivery. Contacted my door dasher and he kindly went back to get it, which I greatly appreciated. Anyways the wings, fried rice and fries were delicious😋😋💯‼️ But...This has got to be one of the worst chicken cheese steaks I have ever TRIED to eat...because I couldn't eat it, due to the amount of onions on it! There were more onions on the sandwich than the chicken! Look at the pictures.(That's only some of the onions in a pile on the right in both pictures). Every bite I took, there was only like 1 chunk of chicken with a mouthful of onions! I tried to take out as many as I could, but became frustrated because it became so messy and I couldn't enjoy it. No one wants to destruct their food to eat it! Gave it to my son. Won't be ordering that item again💯‼️👎👎 UPDATE* We still order from WNB Factory, because despite some flaws, their food is dayum GOOD, especially the house fried rice and wings💯‼️ 😋😋 And the staff is VERY NICE. My husband placed a to-go order for wings and a burger combo. When he got home and opened the box, he realized the burger was wrong and had shrimp on it. I’m anaphylactially allergic to shrimp. I called the store to ask them to make the original order and I would come swap it out. The man that answered said “Sure, just come find me.” We live about 15 minutes outside of town, so I assumed when I arrived to pick up the corrected order it would be ready. I walked in, and the man behind the counter didn’t seem to understand the problem and said we had ordered the wrong burger. I showed him the receipt, showing the correct order had been rung up and paid for, and handed him the box with the shrimp burger in it. He rung up a new burger and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was disappointed, because I had called ahead before leaving home, notified them of the problem and allergy, and said I was coming to swap the order.
