Edit2: Big turn around! Very whole heartedly welcomed in by Jessica (iirc) who politely and quickly served the customer before me and transitioned to serving me seamlessly. There was hand sanitizer by the card reader, but coincedentally, the reader didn't ask for my signature. I enjoyed my visit a lot more than previously, I'm glad to see things I recommended being used, whether or not it was because I said something.
Edit: Marissa is lovely. Jasmine has no mask and Anya has a mask but uncovering her entire face. Jasmine left in the middle of making my sandwiches to ring me up, but did not wash her hands nor reglove. Jasmine also squished my bread at the very beginning, which is not (or at least, should not be) a practice taught at Subway. There was nothing on the sandwhich, so there was no reason to squish it down as if you need more space to fit more veggies. Another customer came in and Anya very unenthusiastically said welcome, not in their direction nor with a smile. Please teach your artists. Reteach, teach, whatever. The only reason I choose this location is the vicinity to my house, but if I continue to get subpar service, I will cease eating here.
I love Subway, I worked at an Ohio location for about two years, and I still get Subway Sandwiches to this day, they're like comfort food. This location is no different, I love Subway. It is unfortunate that it took today to make me review this store, because I normally get great service, but multiple things: Jordan is working in the back but at the pass-through window, however, she didn't look up and greet me as I came in. I was waiting for a few minutes and called "Hello," but got no response. When she came to the front, she readjusted her mask to cover her nose, meaning she was in the back handling food like breadsticks (which, when frozen, really don't pick up as many germs, but defrosted is a different story) or preparing sauce bottles or tuna, etc, with her nose uncovered. The first part went well, but at the veggie bain I asked for green peppers and had to ask twice for more to get more than a few strips. I ask for yellow peppers and she piles them on .... Ohkay, sure, I'll eat a sour sammy. Onions, too, please, and I had to ask for more. Why so heavy on a strong flavor veggie and so so weak on a light profile veggie?! A good thing I didn't ask for jalapeno. Really light on the salt+pepper, but a decent amount of sauce. I recommend like a bell, or an alert on the door, or a motion sensor facing the order area. Maybe talk with your staff about healthy quarantine habits, but I appreciate the tables+tape in front of the bain. I understand that some veggies are cheaper than others, and that banana peppers come in huge quantities while peppers and onions might be scarcer (especially during covid), but yellow peppers are a lot stronger and sharp tasting than green peppers or even red onion! Your card reader asks for signatures, but you don't have a stylus, so you need to use your finger. Um, covid? I asked for hand sanitizer and Jordan says they only have the soap, and it's behind the counter 'so I can't reach' -- y'all don't have easy customer access to hand...
Read moreFirst off I should’ve written a review a few weeks ago when I had to drive back to the store because I had a sandwich missing and also onions were placed on one of my sandwiches and I didn’t want onions which I picked off that wasn’t a big deal. Mistakes happen, but I felt like they thought I was lying about not having a sandwhich. On todays visit 12-29-22 I did an online order for 5 foot longs very simple toppings and my 10 year old daughter found a HANG NAIL in her wrapper. That is so disgusting. Then the same exact sandwich I ordered a few weeks ago had the same unwanted onions on it AGAIN. The receipt didn’t even say onion’s so I don’t know why they put it on there.I won’t return and will make a ham sandwhich from home before I go back! Check y’all sandwiches before leaving or watch them make them in person and not...
Read moreI stop by this Subway when I want a quick, customizable sandwich. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, making it easy to build exactly what I want. The ingredients feel fresh, and I like that they offer a variety of bread and topping options.
The store is clean and well-kept, which makes eating in or grabbing food to go a good experience. The ordering process moves fairly quickly, even during busy lunch hours.
On the downside, sometimes the sandwich isn’t as warm as I’d like, and a few times my order was a little off, like missing an ingredient. The seating area is a bit small, so it can feel crowded during peak times.
Overall, it’s a decent spot for a fast, made-to-order sandwich if...
