To start short version, STAY AWAY If you do decide to go make sure you pay with debit or credit card so you can dispute charges to get you money back when they can not/ will not get your order correct and not give you a refund.
Long version: Went in and music from kitchen was playing so loud it sounded like a dance club and not a KFC.
I place an order for a 3 piece tender meal. I had already paid and waiting to the side when 2 other customers come in and one placed a good size order. After some time I asked when my order was going to be ready and I was told that they were cooking fresh chicken and they were getting my order together.
Sometime later they bring a big bag out for the person that ordered after I did and I still don’t have my order. I asked where my order was at and was told there was no order for me and I asked for manager.
Young lady comes out and says I don’t have an order and the lady with larger order stepped in and confirmed I was told my order was coming up before hers. So that young lady asked what I had ordered and told me they were making it right now.
Another guy brings a bag out with something nowhere close to what I ordered and turns out it was the food for the second person that placed an order after me. Now while I had no food the two people behind me had part of an order but not correct and they had to get their order fixed.
So I asked for manager again.
This time a different young lady comes out and I said I am done and that I wanted my money back since they can not provide me with my order. Not even trying to fix my order this time young lady tells me no refund. Not till I said I was disputing it on my card and walking away did someone start asking yet again what did I order.
I was done, did not get my food and will dispute charges as I was never provided my food. I will get my money back and will never ever...

It was very long day for all of us so I decided to stop into this KFC to get us a couple buckets of chicken and some sides I went inside went to place. My order was a little leery about putting my order in because of the amount of trash and Coke stuck to the floor if in front of the crash registers. But I went ahead against my better judgment and ordered takeout. My aunt who is 83 was with me at the time. We ordered a couple buckets of chicken with sides told it was $42 and change which we paid and we sat in there and waited and waited and waited 30 minutes passed and I went up to the register and asked hey where's my chicken and they said oh I'm sorry we're not cooking chicken. I said butcher KFC. Yeah we don't have anybody to run the fryer so we're not cooking chicken today I said okay. Well I need my $42 refund back. I'm sorry we don't give refunds so not only did I not get chicken I did not get a refund and because I paid on cash I couldn't cancel my credit card so they literally stole $42 and some change. So I said I was going to call the police. The manager laughed at me and said go ahead here. I'll help you and she dialed for me. I talked to a police officer. He told me this was a civil matter. It happened all the time and these people regularly steal people's cash when they pay cash at the register and don't cook chicken for him. Biggest rip-off KFC should be ashamed. Read moreI am completely disappointed. I ordered a meal for each of my kids via an online app. I drove to the location to pickup the items I ordered. I arrived just before nine pm to the drive through order menu. I let the person know that I was there for the online order. They asked me to come inside. I asked if it was necessary to come inside as I was not dressed to come in. They said if I didn’t want to wait in the already long line, I would need to come inside. I told them I absolutely did not mind the wait and pulled forward. After fifteen minutes I reached the pick up window where I kindly advised that I was there for the online order. I was yelled at to come inside to get my items. I explained for a second time that I could not come inside. I was simply trying to pick my kids up something to eat for dinner. I was wearing pajamas and house shoes. The whole point of the online order was for convenience. I was called an n word and they refused to prepare my order. They told me I would not get food whether I came in or not at this point and I would need to cancel it. I got back into the website that I originally placed my order where I got a message that read the order was already accepted by the restaurant and I could cancel but I would not receive a refund.
