The KFC/Taco Bell in Villa Rica got a 68 on their last inspection. Inspector Notes:
Inspector Notes: Entered restaurant and found no paper towels in any dispenser in either the bathrooms nor the two hand-wash sinks in the kitchen. When asking the PIC how everybody is currently washing hands she stated that they washed their hands at either hand-wash sink and walked to the front cashier counter to use customer napkins./Paper towel rolls placed near hand-wash sinks.
Inspector Notes: Both hand-washing sinks in kitchen found without paper towels./Notified management and towels placed at hand-washing sinks to dry hands properly.
Inspector Notes: Establishment does not have proper clean-up procedure for vomitus/diarrheal events./Informed management and supplied management with a simple paper copy cleanup procedure involving the use of bleach and water.
Inspector Notes: Chicken found stored uncovered in both (2) walk-in coolers./Management notified. Keep all foods in storage covered correctly.
Inspector Notes: Drink nozzles found with mold build-up present./Clean thoroughly.
Inspector Notes: Foods in the prep-top cooler near the fryers found at improper cold-holding temperatures. Cheese at 50F. Tomatoes at 48F. Lettuce at 46F. Onions at 50F./Management notified. Food placed under four hour TCS rule from the time they were brought out of the walk-in cooler. Will be discarded at the four hour mark.
Inspector Notes: Potentially hazardous food found at the food assembly line not holding proper temperature of 135F or above. Chicken found at 109F. Rice found at 129F./Prep line closed and other line set up.
Inspector Notes: Boxes filled with lettuce bags and taco seasoning sauces found stored on the floor in walk-in cooler.
Inspector Notes: Servsafe manager/PIC found with long, painted fingernails./PIC informed that painted fingernails longer than the edge of the finger are not acceptable and gloves musts be worn regardless when prepping foods.
Inspector Notes: Small tin foil pan found in dry rice bulk container./Use a scoop with a handle to prevent contamination to food.
Inspector Notes: Dishes found wet-stacked in dish-drying area./Allow dishes to air dry before stacking.
Inspector Notes: Food build-up found in multiple food temperature-holding units-microwaves, warming cabinets./Clean thoroughly.
Inspector Notes: Grout very low/gone in multiple areas throughout kitchen/Repair. Warped floor in walk-in freezer from previous leak of cooler unit./Repair.

Read moreIf i could give negative stars i would.. they just need to go ahead and shut this place down because obviously they don't care. The floors are always so sticky you almost fall everytime because your shoes get stuck to the floor. One of the times I went we ordered a family meal from the kfc part and paid for extra biscuits and didn't think to check before we got home and was missing the gravy for the potatoes and our mac and cheese and get this we open the box of biscuits and it was a box OF HAMBURGER BUNS. Like what the heck. I go back up there and show them and they are just standing there looking at it scratching there head looking dumbfounded. I had my receipt and showed them and they kept arguing and I asked for the manager and he just laughed. I said this needs to be fixed please I want my biscuits i paid extra for. Finally after arguing for 10 mins they gave them to me. Another incident a couple days ago i tried to order a box meal that just came out that I ordered from them just 2 days before that is clearly on the menu I was looking at and they told me they don't serve that there, after I was the only car in the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 30 mins before I was acknowledged. I was like ok whatever I'll order something else.. I pull around to the window and sit another 15 mins while the whole team is just standing around at the drive thru laughing, playing around and on their phones. And I still got the wrong order even tho I was the only one in the drive thru.......also it never fails no matter what I order it's either the wrong order or im always missing something. I have said something to management several times but apparently they don't care or take it seriously they just laugh when you say something.. also they are gonna hurt someone by not caring. My sister is deathly allergic to certain things and when we order we ask them not to put it on her food and it shows on the receipt where we asked them not to and thank goodness we go to check the food before we leave and it's on it every single time...

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and voice came on and said “hold on” no “please hold” or “ welcome to Taco Bell May you please hold for a minute” like I get at some other fast food places. Five minutes go by and I say “hello” voice comes back on and said “ I said please hold sir”. I know I should of left then but my other choice was McDonald’s and that is a no go for me. I finally got to order another 5 minutes after that and ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 supreme tacos and a mt dew. Pull up to window and she sits there talking and laughing with another employee with my food sitting there and drink by the window a solid 3-4 minutes pass by and I honk the horn and she asked for money gave me my change and handed me the drink and food and closed the window and walked off. I noticed no sauce in the bag and I waited for her to come back. No one did so I honked again. She came to the window and said “what” I laughed and said may I get some mild sauce and she hands me 2 packs I asked for a couple more and she said it’s one pack per taco. I didn’t argue I drove off. I get back to my house and take food out and noticed right off that the pizza box top was caved in in the pizza and all the toppings were stuck to the top. I scraped it off and put it back on. I realized there wasn’t any tomatoes on the pizza so I instantly check the taco supremes which I ordered soft but were hard. No tomatoes and no sour cream either. I called up there after a minute and asked to speak to manager and was told she is unavailable that I can call tomorrow. So I said to the girl what my problem was and ...ready for this?.... was told “yeah we run out of stuff later in the night, if you wanted tomatoes and sour cream then you should of came earlier”. I asked her what her name was and got hung up on. I tried to call back and it just rang and rang. I called once more and someone picked up then it clicked and ended call. Worst...
