Hardee’s — Restaurant in Vincennes

I personally love Hardee's mushroom Swiss burgers ..so I step in here ever so often ....my experience with Hardeeds is as follows ....always have to wait for service at least minimum 10 mins Max 18 mins...staff at Vincennes and Lawrenceville locations don't seem to be well trained at all ...have seen staff smoking in the restaurant in the back ....my last week visit at Vincennes location was the same waited for 15 min for someone to even acknowledge me ..then another wait for 10 mins to get my to go meal ...only to find the fries cold and oil used to fry them in not fresh(terrible) ..the Swiss burger had exactly 4 small pieces of mushroom on it and no juicy sauce that normally surrounds the mushrooms ...the burger was cold too ...what a waste of money and my time ....I guess I will have to find another place to satisfy my mushroom Swiss...

This place is god awful, do not go there if you want decent, edible food. The service was okay to start with, but that's not where the story ends. My stepfather, mother, and I went to go sit down at a booth, granted for me, the booth was okay but my dearest legal guardians did not agree. While we waited on our "food" the atmosphere was alright but honestly there could be improvements, for example not some boring white dinning room. We proceed, when we got our food it was warm, at best. Normally I gobble down my food like a fat pig, but boy I could NOT get down those tenders. Needless to say my mother and stepfather could not finish their meals, despite them starving 10 minutes ago. To conclude, this place was trash and the servers should know to not give...

Cheeseburger was cold and the bun was tough which equals the food was terrible . Woman at the window was rude as I asked for a receipt which wasn't there . What's so tough about giving me a receipt? She said it was in the sack , which it wasn't, so I said fine and drove off . Why argue over a receipt ? Won't be back here !! Edit : Don't bother replying with a prepared apology ! I don't want any fake apologies ! All of your apologies from the area Hardees(which are only rated around 3.6, )say the same thing . Looks like Hardees has a problem corporate wide .
