Holy cow! Where do I start? (I used to work at a subway. I know how it should be).
They left 2 tomatoes off the foot long.
There wasn't even close to the right amount of meat. Two pepperoni and two salami per side of a six inch is not correct proportions.
The meat and other toppings were literally just "tossed" on in hand fulls, I had to take it all apart and put it back together (BMT Italian sub, ham only on one half, hand full of peppers just in the center nothing at all on the ends)
Ordered mayo and there was just kinda globs at the ends only (and not much of it). Didn't even get the oil and vinegar).
If you don't go in and physically watch them put the sandwich together don't bother. The drive thru is convenient. And I do realize that they close the lobby so you can't go in sometimes. If you find yourself in either position just go somewhere else get some McDonald's or something where they actually have standards because this place clearly does not.
In case you're wondering I would have gone back and demanded that they make it correct, with the exception that they were closed by the time we got...

Just wanted to give a shut out to the staff an or especially the sandwich maker that was doing drive through because it was hands down the best made sub I've had at subway in years. It was correct an actually had extra vinegar an oil an mayo as well as black olives as well amoung the other item I ordered. So I wanted to take the time and give a thank you and say great job an your manager needs to know that you are absolutely an asset to their business then most period. So thank you an maybe others it isn't noticed or anything but should be expressed when someone does a great job!!! Thank you again and I'll be...

The only really friendly and pleasant person is the dark haired guy in his 30s who greets you and makes you feel like a person and not just a number. I’ve noticed several young employees talking in low whispering tones as they prepare the food, they seem dumb to not realize that the only thing keeping the customers from hearing them talk about them is 3 feet of distance and a plastic partition barely four feet off the ground. It’s really bad customer service when you realize their employees are talking about you or other customers. The food is good but they have a high turnover of employees ever few months which is normal for food service, but most employees act like it’s a “BURDEN”...
