Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Vincennes

Most of the time when I order Jimmy John's in vincennes it's super late.. waste my time I don't see any reason to tip a driver if I'm expecting this "freaky fast delivery" it's definitely hit or miss sometimes I get my food in 15 minutes.. but I don't even have enough fingers to count how many times I've had to wait an hour for my food.. it's not even a 5 minute drive.. and to top it off why do I only get free brownies with rewards?.. ridiculous I've filled up my rewards probably 20 times since I had a free sandwich or anything like that it's always a free brownie.. the rewards program is worthless along with the deliver service.. kinda goes against everything Jimmy John's is supposed to be known for.. I am usually not the one to leave negative reviews like this but just tired of my time being wasted and no sort of sympathy or refund or reward for being understanding.. and being a good customer.. not that I expect it but after all the times now I kinda feel like Jimmy John's owes me something.. idk hope Jimmy John's can find a way to make this right.. if not probably the last time I'm...

I eat Jimmy Johns quite a bit. My husband and I stopped at this store for a quick bite on the way to a tournament. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman about my issues and he informed me that it would be taken care of and replaced and they replaced the while order.
