McDonald's — Restaurant in Vincennes

I ordered online and when I pulled up the woman on the headset asked if I was going to use my mobile app (she did not seem happy at all). I said yes as I placed an online order and gave her my name (every other place never required a code for a mobile order pickup so I thought my name would just work) then the woman asked for the code again. I was confused so I had to reopen my app and halfway throughout me giving the code, she cuts me off in a rude tone and asked if it was for (my name). I said “I’m sorry?" Because I couldn’t hear her as I was giving her the code before she cut me off. She then repeated my name with the most rude tone I’ve heard from fast food. I told her yes and I pulled up to the second window. No hello or anything. Opens the window gives me my food and said thank you in the most unenthusiastic way possible. I get home there’s a clump of hair in my caramel frappe (brown hair, I have black hair) and all the lettuce and pickles were only put on one side of my burger. Mmmmkay soo. First off, I’ve been sick with the flu for the past couple days and I haven’t been able to keep anything down. I finally became a little hungry so I thought I’d go for something simple and quick like a parfait. I went and ordered through drive through, and also decided to get a fish sandwich...and they rang me up. I went to the window and paid and they had me pull forward to wait. Then after 10 minuets of waiting someone cMe out and said “sorry. We don’t have any parfaits and everyone else was too scared to come out and make the customer angry.” I said “okay. Well, can I have my food?” And the kid said he left it inside so he could come tell me. He said he’d run in and get it. So I sat there and waited FIFTEEN MORE MINUTES! Finally I went in and asked and they said they were sorry and gave me a coupon for a free kids meal. Bruh. I don’t even have kids. And my sandwich was completely...

Waited for 10 minutes for food only to be told they were out of part of what my order was. When I did get my food the fries were cold and they used one piece or Big Mac meat in place 1/4 pounder meat that should have been on the quarter pounder I ordered and that flat little piece of meat was dried out and over cooked. The kicker was I accepted a cinnamon roll in place of the brownies they were out of they had to have microwaved one to warm it up and threw it in the bag on top of the napkins and all the icing melted and ran out and onto the napkins making a sticky mess. I live 26 miles from the place so I tried to call when I got home and gave up speaking to anyone after waiting on hold 15 min.
