EFFIN GOOD PIZZA — Restaurant in Vineland

Went for the first time today after seen all the photos and reviews of this place. The reason I went and tried this place was knowing it was 100% Italian owners and coming from New York my self I had to try it. I was expecting the pizza display to be full of all different pizzas like one of the photos I saw but they were not. Maybe is slow on Sundays 😊. The guy that served me was really nice, the place was really clean. I order 2 plain slices because I wanted to taste the sauce on this pizza, I think is the only way you can tasted then order one with toppings next time. Everyone sauce is different here in Vineland. Some have more garlic some are sweeter but this one you can taste the tomato tomato in it. It was delicious. I'm a garlic lover maybe that's why I thought it need it a little bit more garlic but the flavor was there. I ask for blue cheese on the side but they didn't have blue cheese they only had ranch. It was odd but then I realized after seen the menu they don't sell wings so it was understandable. I had wings at home so disregard the photo with the wings. 🤣. I have been waiting for pizza like this all my life. This is the best pizza to settled in our big city of vineland in a very long time. I would like to begin with all the ingredients are sourced locally from the area. Vineland is still rich with mom and pop shops, so to keep business among each other and keep out big corporations is a plus. I would like to start the review off with the level of respect and attention they paid to their customers. I was welcomed and greeted and treated like I was important. I was given my food and the aroma was delightful and pleasant. I would like to focus on my favorite which is their sauce. It is amazing it well season and the ration to crust is perfect. The cheese is perfect as well not to much and not to little. The is also amazing it has that nice crunch and it doesn't flop. I would definitely use that sauce for various different pastas. The New York Slice was fascinating! Tastes great and they have all natural ingredients. My only problem is: on our first visit they did a half margarita and half new york style pie for us and it was amazing! On our second visit they told us that they could not do a half and half. I know of other local pizza places that can do more than 1 topping choice on a large pie so it may be a deciding factor for us if we continue here or not.
