Twinado kitchen’s Jerk Shack — Restaurant in Violet Township

WOW!!😋😋😋😋 This was my very first time getting food from this restaurant, but I knew I liked spicy food and was starting to get hangry. I looked up their menu online and got the chicken and beef rasta pasta with two sides being their mac & cheese and French fries. The Mac & Cheese was absolutely perfectly & deliciously 🌎🚀OUT OF THIS WORLD🚀🌎 Best Mac & cheese I've EVER gotten from a restaurant! The French fries were ❗LITERALLY❗ cooked to perfection and seasoned just right! My Chicken & Beef Rasta Pasta dish pleasantly exceeded my expectations! The flavors and spices were delicious, and the meat was perfectly cooked & so tender! The awesome man at the register was juggling a lot (incoming calls, a sweet woman placing an order in front of me, getting pick-up orders finished) but when I mentioned it was my first time there he got so happy and showed me my food making sure I was satisfied. His attention to detail was very impressive. I'm definitely going to be bringing my husband here very very soon and trying another dish of theirs 😁😁😁😋 The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because when I got towards the bottom of my bowl I, unfortunately, found a medium length brown hair in my pasta dish. (Right before I opened the bag and got my food out I had tidied up the area I was about to start eating in so it couldn't have been from me.) I visited Jerk shack for the first time yesterday, and the food was outstanding. I ordered jerk chicken, rice & beans, Mac n cheese, and their honey cornbread—all of it was exceptionally delicious. The house pops were a nice touch too.

The staff was friendly, and the food arrived promptly. I'm definitely planning to return, especially to try their ox tails.

Update: My score dropped from a 5 to 3 for customer service. The food is good, but lately it hasn’t been that great. I placed an order online and was unable to get my order because I received an email saying Jerk Shack was unable to accept my order. I called into see why because my money was taken out of my account and the lady who answered the phone seem frustrated when I asked if my order was accepted. I give people the reasonable doubt she could have been having a stressful day. However, I was hungry on my lunch break she told me the order should drop off however, I checked my bank and it shows my money was taken and no longer pending. One thing I don’t play about is my money. My food was almost $30.00, if I didn’t get my food I should get my money back. The food here is good despite a couple bad days where my Mac n cheese was a little soupy, but when someone spends money with you then you show a little respect. The Jerk Shack, a treat today for my husband and I he has had it before so this was my first time and I loved it, the tenderness of the chicken, the flavor ( technique) and seasoning was a 5 out 5. The portion size for the entree (Chicken) is where the 4 stars came in, we simply feel more was needed, sides in the side compartment and your entree in the larger. I know I’m a chef your protein is supposed to be less than your sides however when you can go to a Hibachi for example and have food for the next day or even other places ( competition) you get more than you need and that’s just the way we eat in America, we like and want more meat for our $$$$ than anything it’s the comfort we find in eating.
