Massage Envy — Local services in Violet Township

Take your money to a place that cares about their customers. This location has very shady business practices. My husband scheduled appointments for me and our and daughters (one in the Navy) and they called him a week later to tell him they messed up the way they entered his transaction. They then said he had to change the transaction to gift cards a week before Christmas. The weather caused them to cancel the appointments and now they refuse to refund it even though our daughter can't be here since she is stationed out of the states. I'm sure he's not the first person that has been tricked into purchasing a nonrefundable gift card because of their error.

Update...They did nothing more after their response below. They said they would address this at the website provided. I sent the details again and... nothing. The owner did not reach out and no one cared to respond still. As I said before, take your money elsewhere. I just wish my husband read all the negative reviews before getting involved...

BEWARE OF BECOMING A MEMBER. Their business practices are Ruthless. I joined the monthly membership and accumulated more than I could use, due to an illness. I tried to cancel early because of my health. Not allowed

The contract was encouraged by the receptionist and was presented as a 12 month commitment. I noticed it went past 12 months and called. I was told it won’t cancel unless I asked. So, I canceled to stop accumulating services. Every part of this contract benefits Massage Envy in Pickerington, Ohio.

Now I have 10 sessions and called last week to start back. I wasn’t in their System. All of my sessions had… expired?

My husband and I both had a massage at 2 separate time slots. We both agreed that Kyle who was the masseur provided an excellent experience. We would both highly recommend him for a massage. He applied just the right amount of pressure and addressed the areas each of us had noted on the check in form prior to the massage. Kyle asked throughout the massage if the pressure needed to be adjusted which we both agreed was good for him to check in on that with his customers. The bed was heated and that too, was checked on if the temperature felt good to us. The room had lovely ambiance, with dimmed lighting and soft relaxing music in the background. We both rarely get a massage. Kyle's skillful thoroughness was definitely appreciated and we both agreed that we'd want to go back to have a massage with Kyle again. The ladies at the check in were also both warm and friendly as well and made us feel comfortable immediately....
