Alohahola(supremewing & HawaiianBBQ) — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

One of my favorite content creators reviewed this place and I was so eager to try it. I placed a pick up order online and headed there to pick it up. Upon my arrival, there were maybe 3 guest in total, 2 dinning in and someone who had just placed an order. I stood there for a few moments waiting patiently for someone to greet/assist and the rudest middle aged African American woman walks up and asked did I have an online order. I said yes. She proceeds to toss a small bag on the counter and says “everything is in the bag” I looked at bag and let her know this was not my entire order, she goes back, finds the remaining order, tosses it on the counter and says “everything is in the bag”. Well of course I do a double check because clearly everything was not in the bag when she said it the first time. I look in the bag and did not initially see my drinks, so I asked, and you guessed it….. “everything is in the bag”, I checked again and found them tucked on the side of the bag. I thanked her, idk why, and headed for the door. As I am exiting I hear her tell her coworker “I know I told her everything was in the bag” smh. This isn’t the first time we have been here and the first time we came it was delicious. The second time was ehhh but hey third times the charm. Right?? Wrong! We stopped by and ordered food. The people standing at the register always just look at you and are so unwelcoming. The Musubi Trio is usually our favorite we both got one. Both of them were NASTY! The katsu in the trio was so dry cold and completely over cooked. The spam one was okay but very loosely wrapped. The regular chicken was okay. We both ordered the kalua pork and I must admit it was not good. I wanted it so badly because there’s another Hawaiian place on kempsville who consistently blows me away. The pork was HOT and fresh I’ll give them that but the rice was cold and all they did to the pork was throw barbecue sauce on it and it just tasted off. I decided to order from this place, i wanted meat, working out 6x weekly eating right. I crave food after a 3 hour workout, decoded to doordash something different I ordered three signature Hawaiian BBQ mix and the cheesesteak rolls, the cheesesteak rolls was not that bad, tasted better. Look alot smaller the picture and picture had 4 not 2 tiny spring rolls looking ones. But the signature Hawaiian BBQ mix was absolutely horrible, chicken tasted like it was expired and they drenched it in BBQ sauce. Not fresh at all, I grow up with my parent raised on a farm, so I know what fresh meat taste like and expired one. The race tasted like plain rice, nothing really, calories not worth to eat and the macaroni salad was blend.
