Much nicer than I expected inside. It's in the Hilltop shopping center which is one of my fav in town. Fun to go for a visit and you can get a lot accomplished while running errands here.
Their bagels are amazingly solid. When toasted - 100% A+++. Of course they sell them by themselves or with one of their grab-n-go schmear flavors. Prices are very reasonable - think $3 or so a bagel (multiples is discounted of course) and about $4-5 for schmear.
Staff are friendly, it's easy to order at the self-service kiosk and you can customize as you like from their menu of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Want to add something, go ahead, want to remove something? Easy enough.
Menu also features açaí bowls, smoothies, and other baked items so it's a nice range for lunch or breakfast.
I like the inside - it's bright and clean and open with contemporary furniture and fun teacup light fixtures over the bartop seating with some tables and also some booths along the walls. In the back, there is a coffee bar with Three Ships coffee featured.
I've now been here twice and both trips were extremely solid. Food is great and consistent. I plan to bring friends here for lunch and brunch when from out of town - I think they'll love it.
They have a rewards program with phone number entry and free wifi as well as a few outdoor...
Read morePersonally, I love their everything bagel! They don't skimp on the everything seasonings, the whole bottom of the bagel is covered and I love that! Tried the ham and swiss, and a bagel with a smear. Both very tasty.
The staff was really friendly and the manager was taking time to deliver to go orders to people waiting and saying hello on a busy morning. That was impressive to me.
The one thing I think they should change is the layout. Currently there are self order kiosks and people taking orders, but it kinda bottle necks at the front and makes it look like there's a crazy line/wait when first walking up. I'd love to see them flip the seating so that people waiting could sit in front of the bagel window and watch the former pizza oven in use for toasting the bagels and toppings, really take advantage of that hilight and unique feature of the business.
All of this said, we'll go back for sure and wish the business a...
Read moreWe were there at 1:15. The place was very clean. We were greeted promptly and explained to use the kiosk to order. Once we ordered we waited about 10 minutes and wondered around looking at the various items in the grab and go section just to kill time. We had ordered a half dozen bagels, a sandwich and a bagel with schmear. We were then told they were out of the bagels we were waiting for and it would take 8 more minutes to cook. I opted for substitutes. After several more minutes, I was told they were out of those bagels as well. Then I was told by another employee “Well, you have to wait for your sandwich anyway”. If the bagels weren’t so good, I would never go back. The 30 something blonde with the attitude needs some remedial customer service training! Amaya our original employee helping us was very professional and the youngest employee there. She should be promoted and...
