I'm a near frequent customer who made only TWO complaints over the past SIX years of visiting this Bojangles location! 10/1/2020 was the WORST experience as far as quality of food and customer service from a supposedly OWNER&MANAGER, George. He claimed to be a MANAGER & the OWNER of this Bojangles location. We informed him the food was old and we literally only ate two fries out of each dinners&combo and you could tell the Chicken was old just from observing! We asked him if we returned to the location would he replace the meals and he replied yes. Once we returned to the location George did NOT replace our meals or combo and only the fries. Although, he stated otherwise over the phone. We remained calm and tried to ration with George, but he started speaking very unprofessionally getting a little hostile and refused to place the entire dinners&combo! We then asked for a refund since we returned the whole dinners &combo. George replied NO and refused to correct their wrongs either way. Our family is NOT expecting anything in return for this review. We just wanted to inform you about your location which caused the lost of three customers!
Re; If timing was the issue you should've NEVER offered to replace entire meal over the phone before returning to location! There is a BIG difference between Cold and Old chicken! The fries which you ONLY replaced weren't even fresh upon the return trip!!! What wack lie or excuse do you have for not giving fresh fries upon a replacement??? There is none!!! I initially complained about old products which could've easily been resolved by first apologizing to the guest and replacing meals or refund! This complaint has turned into a customer service complaint due to poor management and customer service skills via George/so called...
Read moreOk. I loved the employees at this place!!! It was the flirtatious manager Joe that really needs to do better by his employees. My drive-thru order was suppose to be without mayo so I had to go into the store. Mr. Joe NEVER came over and addresses me. Instead he was asking a hardworking employee, was sweeping the floor, why she walked by him without saying Hi twice. She was working on the drive-thru when he wanted a Hi! This same employee is the one that noticed me standing at the counter waiting on someone to help me. She addressed my food situation and had the grill make two new Club sandwiches. The MANAGER still NEVER addressed me. HOWEVER, he had moved on to the female working the counter and was uncomfortably close to her pressing her about being his best friend. She said something and he said you are leaving in two weeks. She said yes that she had aspirations for her life. She said and my birthday is coming up. He said Ohhh I didn't know it was your birthday. I than turned and asked the lady who had helped me, Is your boy always like this? She busted out smiling and said yes! All the time.
I was offended FOR these employees that ARE MANAGER material! The ONLY white person employed at restaurant at this moment...was the manager...THE ONLY ONE NOT WORKING WAS THE MANAGER!!! UNLESS GIVING HARDWORKING PEOPLE A HARD TIME COUNTS.

Read moreThe owner must not care about how their store is ran, needs an entire new staff. I’d love to speak to him or her (the owner). I tried to get the number from the inept staff member but they’re too lazy to even unlock the door DURING OPERATING HOURS! I’m staying at the hotel behind the store and walked over there to get some dinner and as I was stepping up onto the walkway, a family was coming out, behind them was a staff member, a young guy, who immediately locked the door, AS I WAS REACHING FOR THE HANDLE! I honestly thought he was opening the door for me! Shouldve known better. He then signed languaged to me to go through the drive through and I told him I didn’t have a car, I walked there and he said, AND I QUOTE VERBATIM, “ Sorry, I dont know what to tell you”. It wasn’t closing, the store hours literally say, 11pm. I walked over there at 9:47 and arrived at 9:53pm. There were cars in the drive though and I was told to go through the drive through????
