Where do I start? Well I would say the website says no pets so I kept my puppy in the car for one night until I saw other people with their pets so thank goodness I asked and was able to bring my dog in. But our room or our first room I should say was pretty decent and not too bad. But after I paid for my dog to come into the room with my friend and I they moved us to the other Hotel building which look like it was crackhead city. The room was much bigger and it did look like a studio apartment but soon as we walked in there it was maybe a tad bit uncomfortable because first of all the first room that I paid for had two beds in it for me and my friend and then the room they move us to only has one bed. So that was a little nerve-wracking but I really needed my dog to be inside. And then not only that there were no towels in the room they moved us into no washcloths and there were drawings on the walls and they have the bed and a dresser or a nightstand I should say in front of the double door that they have that connects to the other room. The handles to the doors underneath the sink or broken and there was trash under there and then one of the lamps just looks so filthy disgusting with a whole bunch of stains all over it and then another lamp in another part of the room of the second room or the other part of the room where the sofa was didn't even work and then some of the outlets wouldn't hold my charger so my charger kept slipping out and then we had a phone in our room that didn't even work and there was no cord connected to it. So what if we had an emergency and we needed to use the phone to call the front desk? And then our door didn't have the upper lock where you swing the lock over and then turn the little knob so that it can't be swung back. We just had the regular bolt lock so I had to slide one of the desk in front of the door just so nobody or no room attendant would walk in. My friend and I went downstairs to the front office to get some more towels but she didn't have any towels available but she did have washcloths and before she handed us our washcloths she was peeling something off of one of the washcloths which I'm pretty sure was probably hair. And she just handed us the washcloths as if she did not just do what she did especially in front of us. And then she said she would bring us towels and the day was almost over and she still never brought us our towels. So my friend who has a hurt foot went all the way to the office to get some towels and not only that the towels are stained. Look like orange Grease stains. They only had one lonely man cleaning up around the buildings and I feel so bad for him. Because there was trash everywhere. They have more people living in these hotel rooms than staying which is not a lie. They have a ton of people living there instead of just staying there for a few nights. And it just look like there was just a bunch of thugs and crackheads and weird people that were staying here. Not saying this to be funny but this is all true. Me personally I don't think I could do that hotel ever again. And then the Indian lady that works there behind the counter just seems like she hates her life or something or she was sick and tired of seeing people come in and out of the building or whatever. Now as for the elevator in the other better Hotel building was a little scary and weird and slow. I kept getting the feeling that my friend and I would end up getting stuck in the elevator. But overall the price is good but they really need to do a lot of fixing up in these Hotel buildings. Especially the second room they moved us to which had a lot of holes in the walls. And then my friend and I can hear the people next to us arguing and knocking stuff over and fighting and everything. Like I said it just looks like it's just crackhead City in this hotel area. I personally wouldn't recommend this place especially if you have kids. There's a lot of grown people at this hotel and I know for a fact I would never have my child...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe front desk staff was very nice and always helpful. However, we stayed in a suite and we were supposed to be here for a month while waiting to move into our house. And The suites are spacious, but completely run down and disgusting. Everything looks like it has been in here since the 70s. The carpet is so nasty that if you walk across it with no shoes, your feet turn black. The vanity light doesn't work. They cut the water off all the time for hours. Once it was for half a day. The microwave broke so they gave us a new one and that one doesnt work either! The TVs are old and the connection is so horrible you can barely see the screens. I could deal with all of that though, but the staff in UNBEARABLE! We have the Do Not Disturb sign on our door because we are up late and sleep late. And we are also not here a lot in the mornings/early afternoon. And we do not trust anyone to be with our things without us here. We have had things stolen that way before. So one day we came home and really needed new sheets and towels. The maids weren't in the laundry room so we asked another staff member if he knew where they were. He is a shorter man with little to no hair. I think he is maintenance or something. He went off on us. He gave us the things we needed grudgingly, but went off on us because we had the do not disturb sign up. Then the next morning he came to our room early in the morning, on the weekend when we could actually sleep in, and started banging on our door and wouldn't stop until we got up and answered it. He gives us dirty looks every time we walk outside now. And he follows us around when we take our dogs out, being really rude. There is also a taller guy who works with him in maintenance, and I have came near calling the cops on him, because he will walk around and if you are outside, he will stand there and stare at you. He makes me really uncomfortable. Once I was walking back from the McDonalds next to the hotel, and he was walking towards the office, and kept turning around staring at us. I thought he was going to break his neck. The staff is rude and uncomfortable, the room was disgusting, and I'm trying to find a different hotel as we speak. I don't pay to stay here to be treated this way. HORRIBLE. Put the extra $10-20 in and find a...
Ā Ā Ā Read more6hr drive to arrive to the most disgusting hotel I have ever purchased. There was so many things wrong with this room. I arrived with my husband and 7month old for a wedding. First off the room was dirty from the walls/ floors/ chair/ and sheets. I felt like a horrible mom knowing at that moment I couldnāt even cancel my stay and find another spot considering it was a 5days. Which we ended up leaving early. My husband had to rush to the nearest family dollar just to pick up some disinfecting spray. You would think with COVID still going on that they would be super clean. No holes in the sheets, no smoke detector which I had to complain about. And it was found in h th e draw with no battery. No light bulbs, ac was dirty the air smelled like a smoke room when we asked for a non smoke room. Broken glass frames. Tv control had dead batteries. There was also a bad smell that stayed behind the mini fridge lord it was the worst smell ever. The wires on the outlet was exposed and was super unsafe. There was no cushion on the ironing board and when asked for the cover they proved us with a towel to lay on it. There was no phone in the room for room service which states there should of been. Mind you house keeping never came into change sheets or towels. When asked to change towels the 3rd day we was told we needed to wait till the morning. Stayed free wifi which was a lie there was a sign stating it was wifi for $20/day. There was no breakfast provided as stated as well. I could continue but I believe I said enough. Once again This was by far the worst experience ever. Dont think Iāll ever look into this hotel branch ever. The picture are so outdated. Iāve seen more drug attacks and hookers then guest. Just overall horrible.. but guess you pay what u get. Took so many pictures I wish I could post but I donāt see an option to...
