Idk if this company is racist be there is a gentleman behind the counter that is.. I waited in line quietly as there was a couple making their order. When it was my turn at the counter, this extremely rude male didn’t even so much as say hello or good morning when I was trying to explain that I had a DoorDash pick up that said READY he just kept rudely yelling 20mins before I could get a word out . All I could do is say ok. As I was walking out their door he mentioned “this is why I don’t service black people” in a room full of people .. so me saying ok and not retaliating to his disrespect warranted that statement is crazy, I’m totally fine with them checking the cameras if they have any. The kicker is that we were the same complexion if not darker. But to also pride themselves on being veteran owned when I am in fact a wife of a veteran. If you’re black I don’t suggest coming here. So much for trying to support a small business.

Clearly you did not look at your tapes because no one was in line but the couple in front of me while everyone else was sitting down. Your cafe is only but so big so if there was a line I would’ve been out the door.

Also you said 20mins several times of course if you keep rudely yelling at me I’m not going to keep allowing you to yell at me, so again if saying okay and walking away warranted that racist comment … you need to check yourself sir instead of pointing out my rudeness (which I know I wasn’t because I’m not that kind of person) you neglected your own rudeness Mr. Owner and you probably need to put a sign on your door stating you don’t like to service black people because you have yet acknowledged the racism.

This place is an absolute disaster, and the owner is the worst part of it. From my experience and reading other reviews, it’s clear he is rude, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility when things go wrong, he argues back with customers, attacks people publicly, and refuses to apologize for his terrible behavior. Honestly, it’s almost impressive how quickly he manages to turn any situation into a public spectacle. Multiple reviews detail serious issues — the owner has been accused of being racist, sexist, and hostile toward minors and customers alike. People have been yelled at, called horrible names, and banned for no valid reason. Instead of trying to fix these problems or even just say sorry, he doubles down by arguing in the review replies, making the situation worse every single time. You’d think by now he’d realize this isn’t how you run a business, but apparently, he missed that lesson. No business owner should behave like this. Running a café means creating a welcoming, safe space — not one filled with hate, disrespect, and drama. The owner clearly does not understand this and is toxic to the community he’s supposed to serve. C4 Coffee Cafe desperately needs a new owner who actually respects their customers and values professionalism. Until then, save yourself the headache and avoid this place. I know I’m no longer a loyal customer, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s walked away for good. Oh how I miss the friendly, professional, columbian family that used to run this place.

Edit: I used to be a regular customer, I don’t understand how you gathered I’m a vendor from my review? And what exactly are your policies? Does your owner follow these said “policies”? Just more defending to save...
