Yo Mama — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

As it reached above 90 degrees outside, couple of my friends and I decided to visit this place today. Immediately, I noticed that the floor was filthy. I also noticed that no one in the counter to greet customers. I yelled for help multiple times, before one of the worker came out from behind a curtain. The one thing my friends and I liked about this place was the variety of toppings to choose from. As we stayed and enjoyed our froyo, we can’t help but watched customers as they helped themselves and wait in the counter till someone comes out, so they could pay. We finally noticed there is a bell that you can ring for service, but it’s not placed where it’s visible to all. On our way out, we noticed that the trash can was packed; it’s overflowing. My friends and I think that though the workers were both nice, overall, they still are providing poor quality of service. We hope that this review will help this place improve their quality of service...

Pros: This place has lots of yummy treats! Frozen yogurt with many favorite flavors like Taro, Mango, Coconut, and more. Tons of fruit and toppings that are always fresh. Boba Tea! They have a huge selection of boba tea flavors including avocado, lychee, matcha green tea, wintermelon and more! Hot and cold premium coffee drinks and you can even get your instant noodle fix here too! Furniture is modern and comfortable and they have a great little kids corner with games and books.

Cons: If you like variety in yogurt flavors Yo Mama doesn't change it up. I personally love to get mango/taro every time I come but if you're looking for a wide variety of funky flavors like salted caramel pretzel or German chocolate cake they are not going to have flavors like this. I personally hate this place terrible customer service ive had 2 probems on 2 seperate occasions! They have a policy if you guess how much your frozen yogurt weighs you get it free well my gf and i got frozen yogurt we guessed 2.2 pounds it was 2.180 they didnt give it to us everybody knows you should round a decimal this place is so money hungry and doesnt care about the customers then the second time 3 of us got frozen yogurt it was 3.3 pounds ww guessed 3.2 they said sorry not free i said fine atleast give us half off i wasnt too mad since i wasnt paying my girlfriends sister was this time but if it was my money i wouldve been angry! I will never come here again i rather go...
