Though the plaza this establishment sits in is seasoned, the inside of Footers is very well maintained and extremely clean. With a love for wings and a hunger angst to be satiated I tried this place as it was recommended to me by a friend. All I can say is WOW! This place did not disappoint. I ordered 6 PC Bone-In Wings (Buffalo/XXX), Beer Battered Fries and Ranch as a dip for both. Immediately, one thing I found very refreshing is even with the 6PC they allow you to order 2 flavors which is considerably rare. As a matter of fact I can’t say I know any other establishment serving wings that gives you that option. I’m not sure if it was the lighting or just my hunger, perhaps both, but when my food arrived it might as well been served to me by an angel from the heavens with how it glistened. Both the wings and fries were extra crispy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. The wings were proportionately tossed in their respective sauces and popping with flavor. The Beer Battered Fries were well seasoned and visually appealing to anyone to who loves well prepared and deep fried potato sticks. Complimented with a classic side of ranch. The ranch itself deserves some applaud. Creamy, not too loose, more importantly subtle as not to steal the lime light from the star which is the wings. All washed down with a nice, cold, crisp cider on tap. Every aspect admirable in its own respect, but humble as to not overpower and compete with another. A harmonious ensemble. Also, all costing me just $15.

I can honestly say if I’m craving wings I will happily choose this place over the many establishments that primarily serve wings such as Dirty Buffalo, Wing King and Buffalo Wild Wings just to name a few.

Read moreManagement -well specifically the female bar manager that made it her business to tell me she has been a “worker” for 9 years at this place, needs a lot of training on customer service. More specifically maybe she needs a therapist to help her learn to deal with her own disappointments in life that are manifested via her nasty attitude.
In customer service, you should always look for solutions not for the business to take a lost but to ensure that a facilitation of a win -win approach occurs for the customer as well as the business. As a business, salaries are paid by patronage and if there is no customer due to poor customer service then business fails. She is a poor representation of what management should represent, especially when she rolls her eyes when speaking to her as if to dismiss someone. The downfall is when you call her on it, she smirks. Thank God for maturity on my side because had this been a few years ago -definitely would of been a different exchange of communication.
Definitely needs training. Our waitress was awesome and the atmosphere is awesome! But is says a lot when you coworkers identify that you are the worst to work with and they wish that leadership would do something about how nasty she is.
Hopefully, ownership will send her to a leadership training so she can grow as a person, as a manager and then hopeful as a better representation to...
