We ordered dinner tonight as a to go order in restaurant. We asked for the fries to be hot and crispy and ordered extra ranch. When we got the bag, my husband asked if the ranch was in there and the fries were crispy. He was told yes. We get home, just a few minutes away, and the ranch isn't in the bag and the fries were cold and soggy. So soggy they were all clumped together in one big pile of mush. We called and asked if they would replace the order, since by the time we returned for hot fries and the ranch, our chicken would be cold. We'd like to eat our dinner hot all at one time. We said we would bring the food back no problem. We were told no. They said they would only replace fries and give us ranch. We explained again our other food would be cold by then, thus us asking for everything to be replaced at once. We were kind and polite the entire time. We were again told no. So my husband brought all the food back and asked for a refund, at which point an employee said they would just replace the food. So he waited. They returned with a closed bag and he came home. Upon getting home we discovered they just put the same food back in the bag along with a new order of fries (which was hot- but it was one order and we ordered 3) but the rest of the chicken was cold by now. I called and asked for a manager. I spoke to Miracle. I explained the situation very nicely and said that we were given the same food back, to which she laughed and said "we told you we weren't going to replace it". She was extremely rude, literally told me to be quiet so she could speak. I was blown away at her behavior so I asked to speak to another manager. I was then passed to Marquez who seemed nice, I explained the situation and he said let me see if I can get that replaced for you and he put me on hold. Then Mary picks up the phone and states she's the general manager, she prepared my food and she makes no mistakes. She proceeded to tell me I got hot food and that I'm basically lying. I tried again to nicely explain that I did not get hot or edible food, she interrupted me and said "I've heard all I need to hear, the answer is no". I then asked for the name of the person above her to which she responded for me to go F myself and she hung up. I called back and said her days were numbered working there as I would be reporting to corporate. I hung up. Immediately a number not associated with the restaurant starts calling me repeatedly. Then texting me harassing me. Then they tried saying the police were at the restaurant and I needed to come in and speak to them. As if they were trying to lure me there? This felt unsafe so I called the police and reported it. The police told me not to go there, they were lying and obviously trying to lure me there for whatever reason. After hanging up, another number texted my phone saying they work there and accused me of threatening all of them? They then stated they would unalive me and threatened to come do it tonight. I know all of this sounds insane but it actually happened. Police were notified. I went through the corporate website and filed a complaint and marked it as an emergency. The regional manager called me very quickly and was just appalled at the behavior. She was very kind. She assured me she would get to the bottom of it.
This location is absolutely out of control. We've been here many times and while the food is usually good, the employees are always screaming and yelling, throwing around the N word. They have their friends hanging out up there giving out free food. Once we walked in during an apparent salt fight where they were throwing salt at eachother and there was salt all over the lobby floor. But tonight takes the cake. To actually call and text a customer who has a legitimate complaint who was nothing but nice and calm to you, to threaten their life?! What on earth is going on?!
Edit: notice the review about Mary. Clearly mary left that review. Mary is a nasty mean manager and would never provide...
Read moreThe actual worst fast food experience I have ever had. The order was complete botched and upon telling them, they left us waiting 20 minutes for the supposed "fix" only to find that they said they weren't going to do it because they already made the other food. Even the manager, Aaron, was absolutely useless and told us that we have to accept what we had. We asked for a refund which they said they won't do. After making a scene which we didn't want to do, they finally remade the food and got everything wrong again which is almost too ridiculous to believe, and upon telling them once again were wrong. Aaron began getting hostile, and stating that we were wrong and we had to leave without them fixing anything. This eventually led to an unfortunate screaming match since Aaron refused to listen and wanted to just try and speak over us. Eventually we just left with the incorrect food and on my way out the manager, Aaron, began making personal remarks about my tattoos which is absolutely ridiculous. I truly don't understand how difficult it is to just make an additional portion of wings or give a refund. And then the food was obviously cold and bad which is kind of a given after the situation...
Read moreWe recently visited Wingstop for dinner and placed an online order for pickup. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Our order took nearly 20 minutes longer than the quoted time, and the staff appeared disengaged and ready to close up for the night.
When we finally received our food, the lemon pepper wings were extremely greasy almost as if they were drenched in butter or oil. The seasoning had mostly pooled at the bottom, so there was very little flavor on the actual wings aside from the overpowering taste of grease with just a hint of lemon.
Additionally, the wings were packed together with only a paper liner as a divider, causing the flavors to mix. As a result, even the mild wings were saturated in the same grease. None of the wings had that expected crisp bite, which was disappointing. The boneless wings were definitely better than the classic ones, but overall, the meal did not feel worth the price especially since we couldn’t even...
