After numerous issues with this location over the last few months, tonight’s experience took the cake.
I placed a mobile order, my husband picked it up. The Pita chips were so oily and overcooked cooked they crumbled, I was missing an ingredient in my bowl, and my half greens and grain bowl was 80% rice. On the way to the restaurant I called and spoke with the manager McKenna to inform her & she of course said they’d gladly remake it and apologized.
When I arrived I got a “are you waiting for something?” From a team member, no hi or anything, but I said yes and let her know I was here to speak with the manager. She informed me she was on the phone but would be out shortly. 10 minutes passed and a member asked if she knew I was waiting for her, I replied that someone told her I was here, she went and told her again. 5 more minutes passed, a member asked if I was having a bowl remade- I said yes as well as new pita chips. She began making my bowl and I mentioned I still wanted to speak with the manager since I’d been waiting for her. She finished my bowl and told me to have a good night at which time McKenna is now available and walking around but never acknowledged me. I had to ask a member to get her.
I explained that I was told twice she’d be out and that didn’t happen. She said oh, yeah I got held up but they were remaking your bowl. I explained that hadn’t happens until just now because everyone thought you were coming out. It was over an hour since my original order was placed that I got my food. This is the norm at this location. Mobile orders placed that they don’t make until you arrive and tell them you have an order while people walking in are served before you. Missing pita bread, half the team members are rude.

Upon arriving tonight though, the line was messy and the staff member working the to-go line, was taking food from the dine-in line versus replenishing that line. She took the last scoop of veggies and said nothing to the cook. There was only one cook, who seemed extremely flustered because the line staff did not notify her of being low on meat or veggies until they were completely out and that was after I asked for something they did not have. One staff member left to go wash dishes while the manager was training another. The manager never apologized for the wait and the cook waited 5-10 minutes before even putting in the veggies we were waiting for and that was only after the very helpful, friendly, and hard working staff member who was in training asked how long it would take them to cook. The veggies then took another 15-20 minutes to cook and there was a line almost to the door of customers waiting for things to be cooked. The manager completely disappeared and left the cook alone, trying to catch up and replenish. Vivia deserves a 5-star review and she was the one in training. She was apologetic and attentive to customers who were waiting, as the other staff member seemed annoyed that there were so many customers standing and waiting. I understand dinner rushes happen, however, running out of protein and other mains, then leaving a cook to handle it alone, is not professional and it’s very poor customer service. Read moreFood was great but the dining room was filthy dirty! Signs saying you clean regularly and clean the tables after each use don't make it true! We got here at 11:20, only 40 minutes or so after opening. The very first thing I noticed were the fingerprints all over the glass on the door and door frame. After we got our food we had a hard time finding a clean table. In fact we couldn't. Every table we looked at had food crumbs or dried liquid. Tables were all very sticky and looked like they didn't even get cleaned very well at closing last night. In fact the bag we sat on the table actually stuck and left a big black C on the table from the ink on the bag. You should change whatever product you are using to clean with. Or use it properly or maybe just use it. We did not see one employee come into the dining room to clean the entire time we were here. The plasticware containers were disgusting as well. Two of the drink dispensers were already empty and just sitting there dirty. From last night maybe? Restroom entrances were recently flooded and still wet which made the restroom itself very slippery. The employees had to use cards to build the bowl and wrap we ordered and still didn't even get it right.
