We'll just say 5 times bad service in less than 3 months is not a good track record....
Lets start with the good, time estimated to be seated was 10-15 minutes. We were seated in 12 minutes. The waitress right off the bat was sweet as can be. She took our order Kids chicken tenders with fries Tortilla soup Quesadilla explosion salad Steak and Shrimp fajita and 3 drinks She confirmed the order twice and left. We got the kids meal, soup and drinks out immediately. Was great up to this point and then the true service began. 15 minutes go by no entrees, no waitress! 2 additional tables seated beside us. 25 minutes - still no food for us, no waitress.. But the tables beside have now began to get their food brought out. 35 minutes - still no food, no waitress. Walk upto the bar and ask our waitress about our food. "Let me check" 2 minutes later - "What was your oder again" 5 minutes later manager comes out "Our computer system didn't process your full order at one time. Your food is coming out right now". 45 minutes - Entrees come out nice and hot but not what we ordered! Still, waitress has not come to check on us! 50 minutes - finally get the correct food and manager says "Sorry again not our fault! It is a glitch in the new kiosk tablets we are using".
What ever happened to a manager taking responsibility for their crew and their mistakes? When did a manager get taught to place the blame? I mean when I brought up the fact that it had been more then 35 minutes since the waitress had checked on us when we asked her about our food and still has not checked in us. Yet the 2 other tables had been seated with the same waitress, ordered food, ate and were already getting ready to leave. I was given attitude like I was wrong for bringing up the fact that we had been waiting for just under an 1hr for food. By far the worst chili's experience in town. Read moreWe ordered food from Chili's and it was a fairly good-sized order considering it was $100. Our food was supposed to arrive by 5:12 at the latest. Food arrived at 5:50. Our food was cold when it got there so we called Chili's. Now we placed our order with Chili's and we paid Chili's. However, Chili's dropped the ball and said it was the delivery company's fault (Doordash). After telling my wife this I called them back and the female manager started yelling at me on the phone. After getting the phone number for the corporate office the delivery company called us back and said they were going to refund our money because our food was indeed cold and they understood. So remember, if you order from Chili's, they will not honor anything that happens to your food. They will pass the buck on to the delivery company. Never will I order from Chili's again! On top of that the delivery company said they would refund our money because of how horrible the service was. It's now close to a week later and still nothing has showed up other than the debit. Read moreMy family and I went here a week ago, and had a horrible experience. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive (cold). All the staff seemed new, and in training. Where we got seated, we could see into the entrance of the kitchen. We saw several employees eating, playing on their phones, and joking around! Never once got drink refills during our meal. At the end of our meal we noticed that another family was unhappy with their meal and service, and complained to the manager. The manager actually pulled this lady from the table they were sitting at and walked behind our table. Apparently the lady was an employee there. Well the manager of the store was completely rude to this employee, I could overhear the whole conversation!! Very unpleasant and unprofessional environment. I was completely floored with how the manager was speaking to this lady. The worst part was that the manager is the managing partner of the store as her name is shown on the front door!
