China Dragon — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Walked in to place an order and the young man told me it would be 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes and watched people walked in, placed orders, got their food and left I asked for and update on my order. He said it would be 10 more minutes. 10 minutes later I asked again and he said it was almost ready and again other people were walking in picking up their food and leaving. After waiting over 50 minutes between my vehicle and the restaurant I went back in and asked about my order. The female cook in the back started screaming it is almost ready and I said to her " you have beening saying that but I have not got my order". Then a older male cook started yelling " Do you want to food! or Refund!" And kept screaming to me and my wife. I simply said I will take my refund. To make a long story short they dropped my order and instead of apologizing, they were Rudy and nasty towards me for asking about my order and not taking responsibility for losing it. Starting with calling and trying to order Szechuan beef, they kept trying to tell me it came with hunan and onion. I kept asking isn't hunan a sauce and they replied yes it is a different meal. But, they continued to insist Szechuan came with it. We still ordered our meals anyway. It was ready rather quickly and was able to pick up and get it home while still being wok temperatures. Then we put the first bites in our mouths. Oh, yuk!!! Double and triple yuk!!! Probably the worst Chinese I have ever had. We took a second bite even after spitting the first one out and yes it was still horrible and spit that out too. We ended up throwing out $20.00 worth of food and making ourselves something here. We will never order from them again. We found it extremely hard to believe that those good reviews came from people who actually ate the food. China dragon has the WORST Chinese food. The prices are the same as every other Chinese in the area but the flavor is not. I first tried China dragon in 2017 or 2018 and my first experience was not good. There was never any flavor in any of the dishes I tried. The only thing that was good my boyfriend liked was the fried chicken. I wanted some wonton soup and he chose to go to China dragon to get it only for me to eat a wonton and there be absolutely NO flavor. You would think I had Covid with how it tasted literally like nothing, but I don’t. The broth had a very slight flavor. But I’m so disappointed because we wasted $6 on wonton that I really wanted. 6-7 years later and they still have no flavor.
