Lovely place, decor wise however it was the opposite once I became a customer. Worker managing the front of house was rude, kept on rolling her eyes at customers while handing them their menus when walking behind them. She kept on speeding off and rushing people creating a rushed atmosphere instead of somewhere to sit and talk. It seems like she has an extremely challenging time with being able to properly manager her emotions in front of customers. I had to repeat my order to her multiple of times even though I was speaking loudly and clear. Customer service felt forced and artificial overall. Also messed up my order, didn’t bother asking for it to be corrected due to not wanting to deal with her attitude. As a past server myself, I know that there are hard days and moments with working. However, that doesn’t mean that you can take your anger or attitude on someone else and attack them with it. Also, there seemed to be a huge lack of communication between front of house and back of house. Please do better. Update: I know there was no “misunderstanding” as a misunderstanding would happen to one or a few customers, not everyone who was there. Unfortunately my husband and I saw what we saw and how poorly customers were treated that day. I do appreciate the...

My wife and I visited their northern VA location before and couldn't quit raving about how much we enjoyed it to our family, so we were very excited to take them to this location once it opened. The food tastes great. The quality is the same as the one in NoVa. However, the customer service at this location is lacking compared to the other one. On our first visit were confronted with employees that weren't very knowledgeable of the menu items (which would have been fine by us if they would have tried to find out the answers to our questions, but they didn't.) Our second time returning with the rest of the family we arrived 30 minutes before the closing time and they informed us they were only doing to go orders.. This was pretty disappointing to us because we were really wanted our family to experience the freshness that you get when dining in. They would have let us eat our to go order in the restaurant, which made it evident they didn't want to be there past 10 to clean up. It's a shame because the Mango Mango experience we had in NoVa was superb.. Great customer service with knowledgeable employees and great dessert. This location seems like it's ran by a bunch of high school kids who don't care enough to make sure customers have a great...

A 3.75 star review but hesitant to give it four since it was my first visit. Located in the Brenneman Farm Marketplace, this is a dessert only type of business. I had no issues with parking as all the options are a very short walk away.

The menu and decor are inviting and the areas were well lit and clean. I only wish the female working that afternoon wasn't so frigid in her approach of taking my order. Nonetheless, we all have our bad days so let's just hope it was a passing moment.

Many of the options contain actual mango or mango juice. Seeing that I am a fan of all things mango, I was all in.

I enjoyed my mango juice, sago and pomelo with mango ice cream. The cost was $6.50 but subject to change as things do from time to time. The flavors blended well and it was very refreshing. They also carry made to order drinks, waffles and other desserts with a mango theme.

I'll give it a little while to grow on me but I do see myself returning to explore other options...

If you are looking for a place to go for a girl's night or even date night this place is amazing.Th staff is friendly and attentive but also leaves you chatting with your friends. They never rush. The whole place is aesthetically pleasing with great spots for photos, the chair and the flower wall. We had the special two teas with a Mille Cake ( ours was creme brulee) I highly recommend it, it was delicious. We had mango tea and jasmine dragon pearl tea. The mango tea was sweet and fruit, the jasmine dragon pearly was fragrant and delicious. There are several other cakes and teas to choose from. Over all it was an exciting experience. You can order ices, ice cream and other mango goodies. Well worth trying.

this one is the biggest and cutest. I love the big booth style couches, warm tones. I've ordered take out from here a couple of times but nothing beats actually coming here and relaxing . I love how as soon as we sat down, the servers gave us water . How thoughtful of them! There's a lot going on their menu. My all time favorite is the Mango Juice With Sago & Glutinous Rice Ball. I recently tried the Black Glutinous Rice Series with Coconut Juice and it is SO GOOD. They also have combo series so you can try a bunch at once. I'm really excited to try the other specialities on the menu. I'm very happy Mango Mango came to VA beach

My family loves Mango Mango, although the one in Falls Church closed, so when we stayed in this area my wife and I decided to go here. There’s plenty of free parking and a lot of seating here, although it was packed when we went. Must mean others like it too. Setting is chill and service is ordering up front, although I think the cashier will also take orders at the table. Deserts are consistent and very good so I think you’ll have a positive experience no matter which one you go to. I always get A1 (mango juice sago and pomelo with mango ice cream) and my wife loves H5 (ube soup with sago and rice balls).
