Visited on the 6th of March 2021, must have been during their nightly peak hour! Waited nearly an hour and half from time I arrived to the store to ask a question about their receipt coupon to actually receiving my food. Their staff is very lax in acknowledging customers, who actually want to place or pay for kiosk orders at the register. There were nearly 20 customers last night waiting for food.
I spoke with a total of 3 different employees even the manager about a question I had, and neither seemed to provide a straight answer, in regards to an offer that was mentioned to me prior about BOGO. To add insult to injury when I went to pay for my order, I noticed a price discrepancy in the total of the fries 2,99 for 2 Large fries, in which I ordered a total of 4 Large Fries at the kiosk... which would total to $5.98 before tax, yet on the receipt it reflected over $12... no one, and I mean no one could acknowledge this and provide a reason... Long story short, customers began asking for refunds for the long wait, and I followed suite. There is no excuse for this... I would like a followup please due to the aggravation and wait last night. A refund (didnt even get a full refund) just doesnt do and the headache of having to wait when there were easily 10+ employees either hiding behind this stupid wall that is installed or just not wanting to deal one on one with customers! Tear down that wall! Thank goodness they weren't being audited last night, they would have horribly failed.. especially in customer...
Read moreOkay, as I was driving to McDonald's I thought about what are the advantages of using this app? My first thought was that at least they would get the order correct. That didn't happen because they still forgot the drinks. Scratching my head, I thought about it a little bit more. When I got to the McDonald's I noticed a car in line to go through the drive-thru. That car was able to go through the drive-thru get their food and leave long before I received my food. So using the app doesn't really save you any time and it doesn't guarantee that your order will be correct when you receive it. As far as the app it's okay but when it gives you the option to customize your sandwich and it offers you condiments it doesn't offer you condiments that don't already come on the sandwich. And example is I like mayonnaise put on a hamburger that doesn't come with mayonnaise it's not an option. It only allows you to add additional ketchup, mustard, pickles, Etc that already come on that particular sandwich. So you're not really customizing your condiments because they don't allow you even the option to type the instructions in to add a condiment that's not listed. Unless they make some major changes I don't really see this ever hanging around...
Read moreHonestly the first part was great. Gentleman took my order quickly. I paid. He gave my pup some loves. Then I arrived at the second window and received my food quickly. I asked if it had extra pickles on it and the gentleman said he get me a side of pickles in case it did not. Which was great but while he was gone thankfully I checked my food because. My fries were cold and gross to the point that my dog wouldn't eat them. I opened my six pack of nuggets to give my pup one and discovered it was filled with Big Mac sauce. So if I had left I would have had gross french fries and missing a six pack of nuggets the gentleman was nice enough to replace my fries with fresh ones and give me the correct six pack of nuggets instead of the one that was filled with Big Mac sauce but the point is if I had left and not checked my order I would have been very upset when I got home and of course when I got home and I tried the chicken nuggets they were ice cold so he didn't even give me fresh nuggets either I appreciate that they're open late but if they aren't going to serve fresh food they're just going to serve stuff that's been sitting around they might as well close early like...
