This used to be our go to McDonald's. I don't know if they have a new evening staff or what, but they are super SLOW and RUDE. I placed an online order of a 6 pc. nugget Happy meal with an extra kids fry. I order it quite often and they always put two things of fries in the box. It was marked as ready so, I went in and saw it wasn't actually ready yet, so I went to the ladies room first. Came back and it still wasn't ready. Then the cashier called out Tiffany order ready and placed a happy meal box on the counter. I waited a few minutes and finally asked about my order and found out that happy meal was for Tracy (Tiffany???). I only saw one fry so we said excuse me in which a young lady looked us and then went about her business ignoring us. My daughter said excuse me again and she finally came over. I asked about only having one fry and she replied it's right there a small fry instead of two kids fries....whatever. I said oh I usually get two of the kids fries and she said "well it's common sense, it's the same thing". Why did this little girl feel the need to be rude. It wasn't necessary and my daughter told her she didn't have to have an attitude. She began mouthing off as we left and proceeded to follow us outside still running her mouth to whoever was listening on the headset. I know it won't bother their bottom line but I think we will find a different McDonald's to go to from now on. It sucks though because the location is perfect when you're out making deliveries. Don't what happened to this location but it wasn't the same. I've never seen them that freaking slow and inattentive....
Read moreI think I'm done. So I ordered they the app like I normally do, chose curbside pickup. Parked in the spot and entered the number. Turned my vehicle off and began my wait. About 5 minutes in I saw an employee come out, but no food in her hand. She proceeded to walk by me and to the Starbucks across the parking lot. (She gets a break at 7:20am?) She must've ordered online and picked up at the counter because she wasn't in long. She went back into McDonald's and still no food coming out to me. My radio then cut off (which happens 10 minutes after it's shut off) and I had enough, so I got out and went in the store. Of course no one is at the counter, but on the shelf where GrubHub and delivery drivers pickup orders I see a small bag with a number 1 on it and under the number says curbside. They threw my curbside order on a shelf. Had I not fine in I would've sat in my truck the rest of the day waiting for someone to bring it to me.
This McDonald's had always been slow, but the service here is starting to get ridiculous. They only take one order at a time at the drive thru, meaning you'll sit at the speaker until the person in front of you gets their food and pulls away. Just beware, you'll be...
Read moreI'm giving a 5 stars because of the customer service provided by manager Romero and another female manager who worked on 5/27/20 during the breakfast hours. I had ordered breakfast on 5/26/20 through DoorDash but when I received my order I was missing my egg, bacon, cheese biscuit (I was so sad because I was looking forward to it). Anyways I called McDonalds and the manager Romero told me he would put my name in the unfillment list and I would get my sandwich when I ordered through DoorDash again or come to the restaurant. I drove over to the resturant the next day and I ordered some extra food and told them I was on the list for my sandwich that was missing from yestetday. They gave me my sandwich and my other food was free. I was so pleased and happy they did that since I had to drive up there and I was not going to order again through DoorDash (because it gets too expensive). My only criticism about McDonalds is that please check that all items are in the customer's order because it is so disappointing when you are hungry and your sandwich is missing but they definitely made up for...
