This was by far the absolute worse experience ever and not only we're we totally disappointed once but twice. First visit to the curb side service we we're only given half our order but unfortunately didn't think to check the bag while there , given them to much credit obviously. So notify manager immediately and made him aware of the mistake. He was familiar with the order and realized the mistake that had been made. He was more then willing to fix it but as I explained to him we lived 20 min's out and to tired to take that 40 min ride. He informed me to call him the next day and he would be happy to give us the items we we're missing and would also compensate us for the inconveniences. Upon doing so the next day I again reminded him of the items we we're missing but I would also like to add to an order of the shrimp Alfredo which the cost is $17.99. He assured me he would adjust ticket accordingly once my husband was there . Getting there my husband made the host aware of who he was and why he was there immediately she hands him a bill of $ 45.00 and said umm no that's incorrect and to see the manager and she did only to return with a bill for $25.06 which he paid for what not sure of just over it . I was floored when I went to open the shrimp Alfredo and It looked extremely dry and as if they totally forgot to put the if any Alfredo sauce on it. I was livid at this point not only did he not compensate me for mind you 4 trips there and back at 20 min's each way but was given food that by didn't look appetizing be at all. . So my question is if he replaced the food items that we're missing from previous night that I indeed paid for and I was charged $25.06 for the 1 thing I ordered that wasn't on the ticket from previous night, how can he justify the made up for any of the inconveniences and felt as if he had some how compensated me, and again not just 1 time but unfortunately twice. A whole lot of time wasted along with a good amount of money and not to mention my car is a 10 cylinder so the gas it cost me to make 4 trips there and still not satisfied. Actually it will be a total of 6 trips because the food tonight was not acceptable nor worth what I was charged and unfortunately they had already closed but tomorrow is another day and I will indeed be making 1 more final trip to Olive garden to return this food that they thought would be acceptable. Not a good way to keep customers happy and satisfied, and most importantly to assure they would Happy to visit their restaurant again. My advice is Try at you're own risk and hopefully the experience you have will be more pleasurable then ours. Personally I wouldn't recommend it to...
Read moreTerrible experience with curbside pickup. My husband ordered online for pickup. The online order stated our pickup time to be 17:28 and we arrived in the pickup spot at 17:23. A wait person came to the car window to check us in and then moved on check other cars in. She then went back inside. Her next trip out she delivered food to another car and then came back to us to ask our name again and radioed that info to the inside staff again. Shortly after that several other cars received their orders and left. With new cars arriving and checking in and yet again we were asked for our name. Now cars that arrived 20 mins after us have come and left with their orders. And again we are asked our name. We were asked for our name 9 times over the course of our time waiting by the way. Now it is 30 mins we have been sitting and watching others receive their food and leave. Now the team members delivering food are just ignoring us as we sit and wait. At the 45 min mark I had to get out of the vehicle and flag someone down to ask about our order. I let the girl know we have been waiting for 45 mins and now we wish to get our food ASAP and it better be hot and correct. When she comes back to the car she hands me a bag and it is only salad and breadsticks- none of our hot food was in the bag. She apologizes and I asked to speak to a manager. After a few more minutes the manager comes out with the hot food and apologizes while I check the food. Both dishes were cold and congealed and my steak was now cold and well done when I ordered rare. So we sent the food back with manager who said she would have the kitchen recook our meal right away and she would refund our meal price for the trouble. She went back inside to refire our food and void our payment. 10 mins more and she arrived at our car with the hot food. Now over an hour sitting in the parking lot waiting. She again apologized for the issues and also gave us a gift card for the troubles. When we arrived at home and unbagged the food to eat, the pasta dishes were clearly reheated in a microwave making the cheese rubber and the chicken in my husbands dish completely inedible. The fettuccine on my plate was cold and the sauce was separated and the pasta gummy. Highly disappointed! The steak had a vein of grizzle in it and I could not cut through it. Way to go with quality control on a refire. If this were my restaurant and my staff reheated an angry customers food in a microwave like that they would be fired. My husband wanted to treat me to a nice meal tonight since we have not really gone out since March and I had been looking forward to having some Olive Garden all day long. This Entire...
Read moreWe haven't been to OG in such a long time. Came tonight on a whim and was so disappointed in the service, it ruined enjoyment of the meal itself. I'm not sure why, but the server was writing part of our order and putting some of the order through the little tablet thing on the table so I'm not sure if that caused confusion. I ordered a strawberry Limoncello margarita and she specifically asked me if I wanted sugar on the rim (yes). After quite a wait (after appetizer and salad finished) I reminded her that my husband had requested soup instead of salad for his meal and I had ordered the drink. She went and came back with the drink WITHOUT sugar. Brought my husband his soup minutes before bringing our meals out. Kids build your own pasta came without the chicken we'd requested. All this time we had salad, appetizer and bread plates piling up on the corner of table. We finally asked her to please take them as she was trying to pile our meals around them. We had to ask for refills on our water and bread sticks. After packing up our leftovers, we realized we were short a container but she never came back to check on us. We went ahead and checked out on the tablet, since she never came back. I tried to get another server to let her know we needed another container, but that server said she was busy and would get to it. My DIL went to the front check in desk and asked for one and they went to the back and gave it to her. Our server had been back and forth to tables across from us several times, but never looked my way to see me waving at her and didn't hear my "Excuse me"s.
Husband was disappointed in his zuppa toscana.
Wanted dessert,...
