Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

This location's inexperienced teenage manager decided to shut down their dining room at 10 pm ,and lock the doors, when the lobby is supposed to be open to midnight. I called in advance to make sure the lobby was open, but when I got there, all the doors were locked , they refused to hand me my food which was already paid for through either the drive thru window OR the regular door. The young kid that said he was the manager wouldn't give me his name and didn't have a name tag on. I told him I'd really like to get my food and use the restroom and he started yelling and screaming that they were short-staffed when I could personally see five different ppl there. I asked him why he couldn't have someone run the food out to me? Or even hand it to me through the regular door?? And he started screaming at me!! No food, no refund, and horrible treatment. Please, whoever the real manager of this location is, please get a responsible adult that is hopefully NOT on illegal drugs to be in charge when you're not there. The people that work at this Taco Bell are horrible the store manager Linda is rude outright racist instead of doing her job she takes several smoke breaks outside while the rest of her staff struggles to keep up with the orders it's very unclean and they constantly mess up food orders they need to get it together at this Taco Bell or they are going to lose a lot of clientele The only saving grace to this restaurant is the cashier whose name is Jasmine I can't remember her last name but she is very kind and goes out of her way to make your experience better I would say she is probably the only good employee at that hole restaurant while she is very nice and courteous to all the customers it seems like the store manager Linda still finds a reason to scream and yell at her if I was this poor girl I would find a new job one where the store manager doesn't...

I just ordered three things from Taco Bell at 830 after a long day of work. I didn’t want to talk a lot and the sweet woman over the mic didn’t ask me too many questions. I waited less than five minutes and they gave me my bag. My first thought? “Wow this is really hot” I’m driving to my house when I start smelling my food and I feel my mouth salivating. I open the bag to grab my cheese roll up. Good god. So cheesy. So warm. So gooey. This was the best damn Taco Bell order I’ve ever gotten. I couldn’t wait to get home and devour the rest. I get home, lo and behold my stacker with sour cream and another cheese roll up. I ate it all in five minutes tops.
