First I would like to say. I love CAVA. my go to and I have to go out of my way to get to one. With that being said the employees at the lynnhaven location were horrible I’m so mad I lost my receipt it was on June 13 around 630-7 but all is well now. Anywho, went in there smelled kinda weird like stale idk. But I could tell something was going on with the ac or something because of the appliance they had by the door. Still went to order. Restaurant was empty the door I came through I walked the wrong way instead of greeting me some female said the line is that way. I just nodded basically I knew that but ok. Started to order the guy who made my food was fine with me. The only one with some good sense. Different female rung up my food. She got a real attitude when I informed her of some kind of substance (booger) on the keypad, seeing that anyone would be disgusted. So she went and got a napkin wiped it said is that ok.(like with a tude) I laughed at her because that was ignorant and just said I’m like I’m not touching that. And left it at that. But she could have used a wet wipe or something that was beyond gross. And to be nasty and nonchalant with all that attitude was unprofessional. On top of that another female I wanna say manager maybe came looked at the screen and walked away, No hi. No smile. Nothing but ugly looks. It was just straight weird and they were horrible. I will NEVER go back to that location!!!! I should have left my food right there cause of the service and attitudes I’m good on that spot! Still love me some CAVA the...
Read moreAt the counter, Allen exhibited a clear lack of interest in taking my order. He repeatedly left the counter to walk in circles and play with his hands, indicating a palpable discomfort with the task. This behavior made me feel quite uncomfortable.
When I inquired about the menu, he twice pointed and rudely stated, “Everything is written there.” However, the lack of clarity in the menu prompted my question, especially since it was my first visit to a CAVA.
There were no other customers in the store or drive-thru. When Allen returned for the third time after doing nothing, I informed him that his behavior made it evident that he was not interested in taking my order. Keep in mind, there were 3 other employees with not a thing going on either.
Consequently, I decided to patronize another establishment. Fortunately, I discovered an exceptional restaurant called Mezeh, which is conveniently located just down the street. Without the rude behavior of Allen, I would not have had the opportunity to experience the delectable cuisine and impeccable service that Mezeh offers. In retrospect, I will refrain from attempting to visit...
Read moreCome here a lot for lunch at least 2 times a week and its usually fantastic. I thing I do notice as I build my bowl every time is how inconsistent the scoops of everything are . Majority of the time it’s a very fair amount . So I came Friday August 4th and my bowl was awesome exceeded what I thought was enough. Today I came back it’s Monday August 4th and I could tell they had a new girl on there and she did maybe a scoop in a half of rice maybe but I get no greens so it’s usually more because that. she did like half scoops of all the dips , it was a fair amount of chicken and all the sides were underwhelming of the amount. Then when it came to the dressing that I wanted She over, squeezed on all of them. So with the lack of rice in the lack of Of all the ingredients I asked for it was literally like a soup and I get back. I finish the bowl and then right as I’m getting done with the bowl I never even got my pita. Very very underwhelming this time around . I suggest if you’re training someone you should probably stand by them and make sure they’re doing stuff accurately doesn’t seem like she needs to be trusted...
