So Dominic is a manager there and he is by far one of the worst managers I've seen. I made an order on December 29th 2022 and had it delivered to my job. I ended up getting the wrong order so I called and I talked to some lady. She said I wasn't eligible for a refund or redelivery because I didn't call within the 30 minute period that they supposedly have. So I kept calling for the past few weeks and got a chance to talk to the manager Dominic. He apologized and said he doesn't know who I talked to because he was the only one in the store that day around 3pm which is a lie because I talked to a women. He then told me there wasn't a 30 minute grace period for complaints. But then he said there isn't anything he could do and just left it at that with explanation. So I called customer support and filed a complaint to get my money back. 2 weeks passed and nothing, so I called again today and they contacted the store. Again, Dominic was the one they spoke to and he confirmed talking to me and said I can't get any compensation or resolution without saying of why! This is ridiculous because I wasted 40 bucks on this to just not get my order nor any resolution. I really advise to go somewhere else if you want great customer service because at this point I filed another complaints for a refund to their general management and if I get denied again then I'll just make a claim with my back and file legal action because this is kinda fraudulent to keep money from a customer who is wanting a refund as well as not giving any explanation...

I'm fairly new to ordering from Papa John's. This is the second time I've ordered delivery. Tonight was horrible. I ordered at 4:05 (approximately) online order said delivery time 35 minutes which isn't bad considering the store is less than a mile from my house. After 45 minutes I went back online to track my order...tracker said "running late, driver is taking other order on the way". At 5:00 my food was finally delivered. Barely lukewarm. I asked the driver if I needed to sign anything (I paid online), he said no and walked away without giving me a receipt. (I will be watching my online account for any fraudulent charges or any additional "tip" that I did not authorize). If this is how Papa John's operates, I will not be ordering from here again.
