I think more often, people take the time to leave negative reviews and comments about businesses but not often enough take a moment to give positive feedback and acknowledge great services when they are provided. I have to admit i was skeptical about starting Physical Therapy yet again & didn't really think i could get benefits or pain relief as it has not helped much in the past.
I was referred to "The Therapy Network" in Kempsville & was told to give them a try, i was desperate for help and pain relief so decided to just give it a shot. I have to give credit to this awesome team at the Kempsville location. Everyone from the front desk staff, Orion & Karen to the clinical staff, Mandi, Megan, Maggie, Kira, Zack, Caleb and other staff members. You are all amazing at what you do! I love how they greet all their patients in a very cheerful way when they walk in the clinic, no matter how early it is (those 6:30AM appts are rough!) but you all make it easier & seem to truly care about your patients.
Most importantly, this team works great together and has helped me quite a bit since i started. I have had significant pain relief and was also given tools that i can use at home to keep getting better. I highly recommend their clinical experience & knowledge to anyone needing Physical Therapy. For the first time in a very long time i have hope that it is possible to get back to doing my everyday activities while keeping my pain level to a minimum. Thank you again...
Read moreI have been going to the Therapy Network for so many years that some of the long term staff feal like family! It's nice having consistency with a practice. More than 1 office location is conveniently located for me. They have always had courteous, friendly & knowledgeable & helpful office staff. The therapists I've used have all been top notch & caring. The Kempsville office became "my home" office because it has the warm water therapy pool along with the fact I began getting dry needling from Erik at this location. There were 2 other hands on therapists that were great for me,Peter & Steve. I have to say that another Oustanding hands on therapist, that seems to keep current & knows what seems to be a million modalities is Lauri Johnson,at the Military Hwy office. In fact, I followed her from elsewhere many moons ago!! Keep this great...

WHEN I STARTED SEEING ERIC, HE USED ‘ DRY NEEDLING’ ALONG WITH OTHER THERAPY! AFTER A FEW SESSIONS OF DRY NEEDLING MY PAIN WAS 100% GONE! I HAVE TO GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD FIRST FOR USING ERIC AND HIS TERRIC THERAPY METHODS , BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HAD FIBROMYALGIA FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW!! IN MEDICINE THEY SAY THERE IS NO CURE FOR FIBROMYALGIA! WELL I AM 100% CURED! WHEN ERIC GOT RID OF MY PAIN , HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO STAY PAIN FREE, I SAID YES! HE TOLD ME TO START LIFTING WEIGHTS TO BUILD MUSCLES, (NOT BULK)!! I JOINED THEIR GYM AND THEY TAUGHT ME HOW TO HOW TO EXERCISE AND USE THE WEIGHTS PROPERLY! I AM VERY GRATEFUL AND I RECOMMEND ERIC AND THE THERAPY...
