I hate leaving bad reviews but this location deserves it in my opinion. I am a loyal and long time Starbucks consumer and my complaint was quite simple which was addressed to the staff. The door to the men's bathroom has a doorstop that prevents the door from being closed and then once you do get it closed you can't lock it for privacy. Luck would have The door opened on me while I was using the private facility and if that wasn't embarrassing enough, the door remains open while I was trying to finish my private business. Embarrassing is not the word! It was more like, public humiliation. And those were my exact words to the staff which was pretty much brushed off as they try to explain that the store was due for a remodel soon for which I replied that this had nothing to do with a makeover, it was basic maintenance.
