Subway — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I had a bad experience back in 2021 with the Subway at the oceanfront and hadn’t eaten at one since. I moved to this area last year and felt the urge to try it again. I visited this location and was greeted politely, was given so much respect as a customer, and the food and quality of the ingredients was better than I could have ever asked for. It’s fresh tasting, the staff listen when I say “a pinch of lettuce” (some store just pile it on regardless) and they remember no matter how long it has been since my last visit. Went there today to get two wraps. The menu clearly says,ANY sub can be made into a wrap and the price is$7.99. After the wraps were made the worker rang me up and the wraps rang up for 8.99. I brought thiss to her attention and said if that was the case I didn't want them. She called her manager and he said I could have them for $7.99 this one time. The menu CLEARLY says ALL wraps are $7.99. This is false advertising. I like this place but if this happens next time I will refuse them,even if they're already made. False advertising is...

My fiancee Ordered five subs online, of which 2 were supposed to be hot subs, aka the meat was supposed to hot / at least warm, we got there, got our food, tipped and came home to discover that neither of the hot subs meat was heated, but instead very cold, cooler cold. How hard is it to remember to place steak or chicken in a microwave and press 1 button? We are very disappointed with the lack of in which these 2 subs were made but the other subs were fine so i give 2 stars. Will change review if better service is given next...
