Sara should NOT be classified as a manager at this location. How can someone be rude or obnoxious on Christmas. This started off with a drink no one in the store was familiar with. After coming up with my own solution of getting a different drink but substituting lemonade, it came out poorly (due to the substitution). Sara was annoyed to help me the entire time even though I was quite happy and respectful. I just needed some help. Sara finally instructed the guy to make me a different drink but emphasized it needed to be the same type of drink. After 10 mins of looking through the kiosk, I decided to just forget it the drink and pick up my salad order instead. Here’s Sara AGAIN working in the bay and I say “oh I’m sorry this one wasn’t mine.” She says “yes it is” I said “No it’s not my dressing was on the salad” to which she misheard me and said “It is on the side.” I stated, “No I asked for it on the salad” to which she has the audacity to say to me “Well you can’t just pour it on there yourself?” 😱My whole entire face dropped like “Well NO ma’am. It had absolutely nothing to do with my ability to just “POUR IT ON MYSELF.” I asked for my dressing ON my salad. If you’re going to decide how YOU want to make my salad, maybe it should just be made a standard way and the question shouldn’t be asked. The issue is not the kiosk asking a question, it’s the mindfulness of customer service and hospitality ESPECIALLY ON CHRISTMAS!!! I I marched to the front desk to get my refund for my drink because I didn’t even want it anymore. The funny thing about that issue is here comes Sarah once again to process the refund in which she didn’t want to do that and rolled her eyes the entire time. She asked the silly question of ‘who needs a refund?’ while I’m standing right there in front of the cash register with no one else in line behind me. I just don’t appreciate her sarcasm and the way she handled this small situation. I made sure to type this review in the parking lot of the store before I even ate my food just to make SURE I posted it. I was going to let it go but when I said to her “I hope dressing on a salad was worth the extent this is about to escalate to” to which she replied in an unbothered state “And that’s fine….and that’s perfectly fine.” So it was perfectly fine for me to come lower your score on Google, put your name out there, and contact your manager for some better training classes...
Read moreSo, the cashier that initially helped me was great. He was very helpful! However, the General Manager Chrystie(goes by “Chris”), was very rude & condescending.
When I first swiped my credit card, it apparently didn’t authorize & created an error with the system. At that point, the cashier called for assistance from management to resolve the system error. When Chrystie arrived, she started helping the cashier with the issue. While she was working on the register to fix the issue, the cashier asked me to see if it went through on my end, prompting me to check my card transaction history. Upon the cashiers request, I showed him where the charge was “pending”(of course it wouldn’t show as posted, being it was just charged less than 5 minutes prior), Chrystie then responded very rudely, “it says pending, that doesn’t mean it went through”. I advised her that it wouldn’t show as “posted” this soon being it was just charged. Chrystie then respinded very sarcastically, “well if it didn’t go through, you aren’t gonna come back and pay, now are ya”. At that point, she was done fixing the register & walked off. I then attempted to charge my card again, in which this time it authorized. I didn’t end up getting charged twice, which is great. However, Chrystie was rude, condescending, & unprofessional. I am a businessman myself(which I showed her my business card & told her we shared the same job title), and can assure you that, Chrystie does not meet the criteria to be in that position when it coming to providing a good...
Read moreI went to the usual Wawa that I go to in the mornings and order the same scrambled eggs and bacon. This is my usual menu. But this morning happened to be the worst of the worst. I get to work and in my surprise when I open the bag, I had less than a portion of what is usually pay for and what the picture depicts. I called the store and ask to speak to the manager. The person who answered said he was the manager and that he was most likely the person who made me the scrabbles eggs and bacon. He said that was the correct portion. So I explained that this is not what I paid for, but he insisted. He started talking over me trying to explained that I was wrong. I told him that I will not go to his store anymore. He kept trying to talk over me with excuses that that is the correct portion and that he is trying to be willing to give me a refund. I don’t have the time to go back and get it corrected. I’m at work. Should had it done right the first time. He continued trying to speak ove me so I hung up. Never again will I waste my money at that Wawa. That manager needs management classes. So here is your review, poor...
