1/21/18 4:15pm Went in there today with my boyfriend ordered my usual spicy italian all salami, green peppers, cucumbers, onions and I asked for a lot of olives. There were 2 people working a red headed young guy who's been really awesome every time we had ordered food there and never gave me a hard time when I asked for extra. If i don't ask for too many toppings I really don't see why there would be an issue. The woman who was working as well today said that if she gives me too many olives she will get in trouble with her boss because he watches them on camera......so I said what if my boyfriend asks for them and you just give me his but of course it didn't matter. So then my boyfriend asked for olives on the side on his veggie sub and the women got so annoyed that she just left and went into the prep area in the middle of making our food. He got a tiny 2 oz cup of olives that wasn't even full....she said something about the prices of the subs mine was 5$ and his was 8$. So little advice for the owner if you make your employees feel like they cant give your customers what they want in fear of losing their job then you should really rethink how you make your employees feel since it will reflect in their customer service, so much for having it "my way." I kinda felt bad for the lady because I know I wouldn't want to work for someone who will have a problem if I made someones food the way they wanted it. It's just crazy that she got so upset when he asked for olives on the side of his veggie sub. Also you are located in a pretty nice area and I'm pretty sure you can afford to let your employees give someone what they want without charging them more for a handful of olives especially when they aren't getting that much on their sub. And if you make your customers happy they will keep coming back over and over again like we did. Probably won't be going to that location for a while but it seems like you'd rather save...
Read moreI just ordered a couple subs from this location and receive the most meticulous service I have ever received from a Subway restaurant. Dylan, the guy who made my subs, treated them like he was creating a masterpiece, putting on the toppings making sure every bite had the flavor anyone desires in a Subway sub. It was like watching a true sandwich artist. The subs were not bulky or lumpy like you typically receive from Subway. It took Dylan a little longer, but not much longer, to make my subs. Watching him work made the time go by much faster.
The restaurant itself has to be the brightest and most vibrant Subway I've ever been in as well. The customer service area and dining room were spotless.
If I'm ever in this area of town and craving Subway, I'll definitely be visiting...
Read moreFull disclosure: I am not a fan of Subway. In my experience, the sandwich makers do not have the best attitude. Part of this is likely do to the ordering process. I believe that there are a lot of people who like Subway because they are control freaks but, I digress.
I visited this location hoping for the best. Things quickly went downhill after asking for a tuna on white and before I could say anything else, there was tuna already on the bread. I mean, is toasting an option beforehand? Every condiment portion was very light. I even think he counted the 4 banana peppers he put up there lol. This location doesn't even deserve more time writing about...
