Excellent customer service! I bought a dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I had to express ship it to arrive to me on time. The dress was missing a button and the shop contacted me on Thursday, the day before I needed the dress asking if I still wanted it. I expressed shipped the item that Monday so I was expecting for the item to already be en route. I called the shop and they acted quickly and got the dress in the mail, and it arrived the next day just in time for the dinner. Everything was great The first time I tried it on to ensure it fit. When I put it on again just before the dinner, The plastic zipper broke and I could not wear it! The boutique ended up refunding me. The level of service from keeping in contact with me through my delivery to standing behind a product that did not hold up is commendable. I would definitely shop here again, and encourage those in their local area or online...

Name me a better shopping/customer service experience in VB…I’ll wait. Nope, there isn’t one! When you shop at Polish, you are shopping with your girlfriends, not a snooty saleswoman looking for a commission or an apathetic teenager on their phone. It’s clear, Sarah, Ashley, Beth, Taryn and the rest of the ladies of Polish love what they do and their customers benefit from that! I am mostly an online shopper due in part to aforementioned snooty sales ladies; but I never have to worry about that at Polish. So happy to have a store like this in Great Neck! I so love this wonderful boutique! Aside from the lovely layout and nice scents, the customer service is fantastic. Ashley, Sarah, and team have a great thing going here with beautiful clothing and accessories. My granddaughters, who live in the ATL, always expect something from Polish for holidays and birthdays. They get pretty excited when they see a lovely wrapped Polish package or a Polish bag! And their Gigi here always treats herself, too.
