NO words could describe how horrible my experience was today! They are down right shady, rude and unprofessional! And that was just the “manager”. When I pulled up to the window I gave the lady my card to pay for the food I had ordered. She then informed me that didn’t have half of the items that I ordered...why she didn’t bother saying that when I was originally ordering the food is beyond me. At first I told her just take those items off then that was to complicated for them so I had to tell them twice to just give me my card back. They didn’t even bother to tell me that they ran my card before handing me my card back and driving away. Something told me to check my bank account...so I did. They had ran my card and didn’t bother to tell me. Soooo of course I went back! I demanded a refund as well as an explanation of why they ran my card after I told them not to and why they didn’t tell me they did....the managers mouth was going, but not in a nice way. He was talking over me and telling me I needed to stop talking. I requested a cash refund...just to make sure he didn’t screw me over again. He flat out refused! I asked to speak to his general manager...the “manager” put a guy (who ever he was) on speaker and made sure to stand away from the counter. Once I tried to explain to the manager my experience and why I had wished to get a cash refund the “manager” in the store kept talking over me and wouldn’t allow me to talk. While I am waiting for the “manager” to do whatever he was doing one of the workers kept dropping food on the floor....And that was just while I was in there.
NO ONE deserve to deal with that BS! Please share my experience with others! If they are going to behave like that they obviously don’t care about...
Read moreTried again one week later. Service just as bad, food is also. Missing the taco that should have come with my combo, I even paid extra to make it Supreme. My crunchwrap is basically missing taco meat. Sour cream covered lettuce and tomato is basically what I got. This used to be a good store. Not anymore
Changing rating from 5 stars to 1 star. This could have been avoided if the girl running the drive through tonight could have been bothered to listen to my order instead of trying to rush me through. And for what? There was no line... She was clearly not listening in her "hurry to stop taking my order" as she rang up chicken quesadilla combo and extra chicken quesadilla instead of changing them to steak like I asked. Didn't matter much since there was basically no meat and hardly any cheese in either of them. I also ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, which she read back, but magically wasn't on the order or the receipt. I also ordered a 3 doritos locos tacos Supreme combo. Good job at adding lettuce and sour cream, but I would have liked a normal amount of meat on my taco. I also ordered the $1 chips and queso, the queso cup was not even half full. Only allowed for about 4 chips to be enjoyed. This rating will stick until I'm given a reason to change it..I will also be answering the survey found on my receipt. Last night I came through in a attempt to try and eat something. Unfortunately I came through when the drive thru was the only way to order. I bypassed the order screen to try and order at the window. I had to communicate with my phone. I expected to get looks or denied like when I went to sonic to try and order a slush. Your night crew not only took my order, but they did not judge me or make me feel like a inconvenience. In fact they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and even triple checked to make sure. They didn’t just send me on my way either at the end they made sure I was ok and wished me well before I drove home. I know a lot of reviews and comments only come in when something wrong happens. This crew deserves the recognition for the great customer service they performed and the genuine care for others they exhibited. Thank you to : DQUONTE JALIYA BREANN
