My family, after being out playing volleyball, went to this location to get some of the new frosties that Wendy's has available. We ordered 1 small chocolate, 3 medium oreo, 1 medium caramel, and 1 medium brownie batter. As we placed our order, we were told the chocolate was out (no problem, can't control that), so we asked if the staff could put some chocolate syrup in a vanilla frosty (mind you, we already paid for a chocolate). The store manager (who we didn't know was the manager at the time) gave my mother a mean look after she had asked for it. After getting our order, we see that instead of putting the chocolate syrup into the frosty, it was just a plain vanilla frosty. On top of that, from our order, we only ordered one small frosty, and the rest were mediums, but we received 2 small frosties, and we didn't get one of the oreos. So my mother goes inside to try and correct the mistake by asking if they can put some chocolate syrup in the frosty, which the store manager told my mom that she needed to pay extra for the chocolate syrup in the vanilla (again we ordered a chocolate frosty not a vanilla). The store manager then yelled at my mom, saying that she made them herself and made them correctly. My mom showed her the receipt and that it was 5 mediums, 1 small, not 2 smalls, which is what we received. My mom offered to show the staff the cups we received but was continuously getting yelled at. Only one employee chose to listen and try to correct the mistake. My mom offered to pay for any additional frosty as this was a ridiculous situation. The employee graciously declined while the store manager started yelling at my mom again, not in front of her face, but about her from across the store claiming to "know what she made." This was when my mom asked who the manager on duty was, and that was when the cashier said the woman screaming at my mom was the store manager. After asking for her name the woman didn't give it to her, so she asks the cashier what her name was and the cashier as well as the rest of the staff all looked scared to say her name. So if this gets seen by a corporate manager, please do an investigation into this store because that manager is not equipped to run this store if she is getting unreasonably angry over some frosties. Read moreI have them 1 stars .I wish I could do no stars I went there last night and the night time manager was super rude and inappropriate I order number 10 with American cheese instead of Swiss and he gonna tell me y did I order this if I don’t like Swiss cheese then my wife ordered the number 8 no bacon and he said why u order that of u don’t like bacon because that’s what I want then I ask for no salt fries he continues to say we don’t salt fries at night I said well I still want no saly fries then he gave me SALTY COLD FRIES and when I said ummm these are cold and salty he proceeds to say idk y we don’t salt fries at night I said no salt fries are fresh fries he said no when u order no salt it’s just no salt I’m like no that means fresh fries before ju salt them . Then I ask for my receipt he gonna say it’s gonna be in ur bag I asked u Y I can’t get it he says it ain’t. One up yet . So at this point I want a refund he gives me a refund and shorts me 50 cent I normally wouldn’t make it a big deal but u were rude the whole time I been here .I call I’m the am to Speak to the manager and she was super dismissive and says we know that’s y sales are low during pm and night because he’s rude but I’ll talk to my manager . Revision: 9/9/2022- what a difference a year makes. Last yearI I gave this Wendy's location 5 stars..my daughter placed a mobile order for me to pick up for my grandkids. Now, G-ma is just the pick-up person, soooo I get home, and we're missing an order. No problem, grabbed my granddaughter and off we go to get her food. We get to Wendy's, and I stop at the speaker to advise we picked up a large mobile order through drive-thru and we are missing an a meal from our order. Initially, I felt the "manager's" response was a little condescending....BUT, I took a step back. My granddaughter and I get to the window, and I ask the "manager" if she needs to see my mobile receipt, she totally ignores me and rudely turns to the cashier and says she just needs a Jr bacon biggie, so I ask again, if she would like to see my receipt? She says as she's walking away, no. That did it for me. I called to speak to the "manager" one manager to another to let her know her actions were rude, assuming and quite frankly disrespectful.
