Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Not a great experience at all. Went through the drive-through to order a single hamburger with lettuce and extra pickles and extra tomatoes only. Drive-through worker was rude and kept interrupting and said things like just tell me what you want even though I had already told her 3 times. I chalked it up to a possible bad speaker and went inside to make sure they had heard what I wanted where I was treated with slight annoyance and indifference and had to wait for 10 minutes for them to make the sandwich. Drive-through worker handed me the bag never said thank you for sorry for the wait. Just overall poor service and a worker with attitude. Will not go back. Not that they care. Unbelievable Service. My husband and I decided that we wanted to pick up Wendy's for dinner. As we drove up to the drive thru we were immediately told that they were not taking orders. So my husband asked if the drive thru register was out of order and if we should just walk inside. Right away the lady told him oh we are not taking orders at all right now. As we pass through we see the two women inside and it looked like they were goofing off because we saw them laughing. The rest of the employees were more concerned with the accident that was outside across the street. When I called the store after we pulled out of the parking lot I was told that they were open until 1. So I guess the accident outside was more important than having business in the store. If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. They are so rude disrespectful and disgusting. I usually always go to Wendy's for a spicy chicken and a green tea because of their services today I will never go back to Wendy's. I asked him for fresh food instead they refried the french fries and gave me sloppy burgers with tomatoes and other toppings missing missing. So I go back to get fresh food and they gave me half cartons of Fry's. I got no apology for the service previous to that. The crew sat around laughing and mocking as if it where funny. I didn't take that funny at all. But management didn't even apologize so you can just imagine what the rest of the team is going to look like.
