Zero's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

The manager Raul has horrible customer service. I called him yesterday (after ordering food through my coworker because only one of us can leave the office) My Philly steak and cheese sub which cost $16 after adding sautéed mushrooms had pieces of gristle or bone Chopped up in the meat. It almost broke my tooth. I picked through 1/2 trying to eat around it hoping that it was just that part but when I got to the next part it was just as bad so I called and explain to him what was wrong and but that I could not leave tonight because one of us already left the office he said I could come tomorrow and he would refund me or remake it or do whatever I needed him to do to satisfy it but told me to save the sub I explained that I had already picked through half and threw most of that away but I still had the other half and he told me that was fine just bring it in. I go the next day and he basically called me a liar and said I should’ve never eaten half of the sub I had all the chunky hard pieces to show him and his coworker said remember that’s the problem we’ve been having all week with this sub. He told her to be quiet and still refuse to give me a refund or make me a new sub he would only give me a refund for a half of a sub. All the while being rude and nasty about how people lie to get free food. I’m sad because I love this place but because of poor management I will...

We have been to this location several times..and this one particular time the young woman...has the worst attitude...my son has e encountered the same problem ..and evidently we ain't the only ones...we again visited the Wednesday August 28th around 3 or so. We ordered from the lady.... shes a little older like my self and everything's good. Well the other employee thats not so nice had come in to work or whatever...I had went to purchase an extra drink..and shes just rude. .the man and his family were inquiring about happy hour and I don't what her response was ...but that man and his wife and son left and the man was saying I ain't never coming here again. Her attitude and body gestures we didnt pay for that. It's really sad because we love your food. The older lady does much better at...

I called had a coupon they would not accept. I decided to place the order anyway. I had 4 separate orders and the last was to be an American with the mayo on the side in a cup. the rep told me and i quote HE COULD NOT DO THIS BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE HIM 2 EXTRA MINUTES AND HE HAD 10 ORDERS.
