UPDATE: &Pizza support responded to my inquiry and apologized for the problems. They refunded the purchase and asked us to try again in the future, which we will do. Although the ordering issue was partially my fault, the website could have had better alerts about the selected pickup store for the order *especially for brand new customers). I have changed the ratings to neutral and will update my review after we have a chance to try them in the future.

I established a new account with &Pizza to make an order for pickup. Built an order with several pizzas and appetizers, and submitted it. During the ordering process, there were no warnings or alerts about the selected store for pickup.

After the order was submitted, I immediately realized that it was to the wrong store in a completely different state. No problem, I should be able to immediately cancel, right? WRONG.

First, there is no phone number to call, either for the particular store itself or for overall customer support.

Second of all, there is no way to cancel the online order through the website! Just options to view previous orders or check the status of an existing order. Even immediately after submitting the order, the website has no ability to cancel.

The only customer support available is by texting an automated number that just gives generic responses. Then they will take up to 24 hours to get back to you.

Absolutely terrible, poorly structured ordering system and customer service options. This was going to be the first order for my wife and me to try &Pizza. Now, they have lost us as future customers, and we'll make sure to warn others to avoid this restaurant chain...

This one was hard.. gave it a 1 because the making of the personal pizza was fast. What was wrong. New franchise in the area most people are not familar on how their process works. So it would be helpfull if you see clients looking at the menu on the wall that the service employees explain or be proactive in explaining the menu. Everyone behind the counter was standoffish as if we were bothering their work day. No one really explained the process just asked you to move down the line. Just like when you go to Chipolte and they rush your through the ordering line. Really hate that. This was just like that but no one talked to you just looked at you with a look of cant wait till you pass my section. You get to the cashier and he had a little better attitude asked what else i wanted on the pizzas i ordered for the family. But explained it so fast i was like huh.... Good service makes the food so much better to enjoy.. The pizza was good. Was it worth 11 dollars for a pita size pie? Think of indian nan; that was the size of the pizza with very very little sauce and cheese or toppings that you would expect for 11 dollars. Music was very loud. It was music more for the employees than customers. I enjoy Drake, J cole etc etc in my car but not with my family eating while we try to have a conversation. The idea of fast good pizza is excellent but it was executed below average at this location. Will I go back most likely not. Bill was 52 dollars for 3 adults and 1 child. Tonight I was insulted by a worker at this pizzeria in front of my 9-year-old son, I ordered 3 pizzas and the three of them gave me two burned badly and the other cheese and dough and they stepped on extra sauce, finally I returned home I drove 15 minutes to the place to change the pizzas and I was attended by a very upset and abusive young man who claimed that I ordered pizza without sauce and to which I replied that it was for my son who was next to me and the other pizza was missing three pieces and he said you already ate half and so I can't change it, I said that I will pay for another pizza. I made the order for the same pizza and wait when they delivered it to me it was sealed and I asked him to uncover it and he turned around and ignored my request, I uncovered the pizza and it was just as burnt as the previous one that I returned and asked him because it is the same and I disrespect myself shouting at me wt * you want that way they come out of the oven and so take her and kept shouting from her place my son squeezed my leg hard as a sign that he was scared was when I decided to tell him come and try it to see if you will like it I gave it to you and he replied f & # @ you.
