This is probably the worst mezeh in the area, staff wise. I've come more than once where different employees deny me the option to purchase extra items. Is it a language barrier? I don't know. But today...today led to this review. I walked in, and the white rice was almost gone and I asked was there fresh rice coming, I was told no. Okkkk, so I take what's there. I asked for 3 scoops of spicy feta (what I get every single time) and he tells me only two. I said ok, I'll purchase the 3rd scoop, because I want 3. He said only 2 in the bowl and the other would be on the side (huh???). I explained that I didn't need the extra packaging to have it on the side if I'm going to just put it in the bowl. If you'll sell it to me on the side, just put it IN THE BOWL and charge me. He said no, only two. Annoyed, I said whatever and moved on to the other toppings. We get to the dressing and I picked lemon garlic (again, what I order every single time) and he shook it and it looked like the consistency of water. He started squirting it out and it definitely wasn't the creamy consistency that that sauce usually is. I asked if there was another bottle in the fridge and, again he just said no. Now, I understand English isn't his first language, but you work here and I know you know that this shouldn't look like that. I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere trying to get the sauce I wanted, so I ended up with Caesar. I have no clue how this is going to taste 🥴. Ultimately, this particular staff member should not have been left by himself if he couldn't answer basic questions about the menu offerings. And this was just a very annoying experience where I should have just said forget it, but I didn't have time to change my game plan before hitting the road.

I am one of the most frequent customers at this place as well the location in Woodbridge, the food is very delicious and healthy, especially for me who is on a strict diet, I generally order a small plate due to my health situation that does not allow me to eat much and no carbohydrates, and this place is exceptional for me but honestly in my last visits to Springfield Mall location. I had a very bad experience with the staff. They were not friendly at all and they treated me as if they were giving me the food for free, they limited me a lot with the portions. Honestly a very big difference from a couple months ago. In one of my last visits I ordered a big plate thinking to have better treatment and I have the same experience. This time I ordered as usual but the experience was even worse. They told me that I can have only 4 portions and it was ok for me but the portions are extremely, extremely small, However there is no sign there that shows how many portions you should take. Honestly the food is really good, delicious and healthy, but the staff are very unfriendly. They made me feel so uncomfortable. They really make me think about never returning to this place again, not only because of the portion of the food but also because of the way they serve you, they make you lose...

I hate writing these kind of reviews... I went to this location around 5:30 today for the first time in a very long time (maybe a year) to give it another try because I'd had bad experiences with some staff previously but I've always enjoyed the food and figured that those individuals likely didn't work there after this long of a time. As I walked in and up to the counter where you order there was a young girl talking to the table right there and she couldn't have missed seeing me as I walked in. There were 3 individuals behind the back counter working together on something and it turned out that the girl talking to the table was supposed to be my server. I stood there for a minute until the 3 staff behind the counter noticed me and started yelling and calling the girl's name and then a kid at the table where she was engaged talking started to yell her name as well but she just ignored them. Not wanting to have another bad experience, I just turned around and left and went to eat elsewhere. I wish this location the best but I will never return as there are too many other places to eat around here to waste time or effort to patronize an establishment that doesn't...
