The food and the service in this place is horrible. I called to place an order to pick it up my self. I was told the order was going to be ready in 15 minutes, I arrived 5 minutes later to give them more time. When I asked for my order it was not ready they told me that it was going to be ready in 10 minutes I told them it was okay. When I finally got my food it was burned not what I expected and their price is too high compared to other restaurants $1.99 for one nuegado. I do not recommend this place. I will buy nuegados else where.

Ordene nuegados me dijeron que estaban listos en 15 minutos, llegué a los 20 minutos y no los abrian hecho me dijeron que regresara en 10 minutos y la señora me dio unos nuegados quemados como si los hizo con los pies. Me cobro $1.99 por cada nuegado. Nunca vuelvo a ese lugar. Les aconsejo que no ordenen comida...

Follow up on my review: I called the store to tell them they sold me beef soup with no beef and their response was to say that wasn't possible and then she said it was a simple mistake, they asked me at what time I bought the soup, I asked what difference does it make there was no meet regardless of what time I bought it. Needless to say, they didn't solve anything, the person I spoke to was rude and didn't care at all. Wish I could say something better about them as I like to support small businesses but I will never go back there. First review: I've ordered the beef soup and they are very stingy with the meat. I got one today and there was absolutely no meet in it. I tried, the first time, to give them the benefit of the doubt but how are you going to picture and sell beef soup with no beef. No Bueno. Yeah, the serving sizes are very generous, but the quality isn't there.

Fajitas came with only 2 tortillas and they were the super thick/super small kind...great for some purposes, unusable as a fajita innards holder. Oh, and no cheese or sour cream provided. Just a pinch of lettuce and the bare minimum of salsa fresca.

Torta had great bread and plenty of meat, but zero mayo, very little guacamole and little to no refried beans.

Even the pupusa famila was bad. Very large! Filled a small pizza box. But no discernable stuffing except for cheese..i mean there were different colors sometimes but not enough to give you a new flavor on that bite. The slaw and tomato juice were generous and...
