Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

Well let's see here going to do this Arby's review again, I pulled in at 1:59 there's right many people in the Drive-Thru. the dining room is open now, it wasn't before the numerous times that I came and was in the Drive-Thru for way too long. Hoping that it goes better since it's daytime and the dining room is open maybe that means they have more staff inside. I guess we'll see. Well the time is now 2:12 I can see the speaker to order, but I'm still sitting in the Drive-Thru I'm the 6th car. And there are two more cars behind me. so it does look like there is at least a demand that's pretty high for Arby's, looks like plenty of people like, I mean its good food. I've moved up another space I can now see that the drive-thru menu board is open on one side and missing a panel. I hope there wasn't any good deals on that. They just came on to take the cars order that's in front of me. The time now is 217. the person that comes over speaker box did not sound pleased. "welcome to Arby's order when you're ready" in a very tired and I'm over it type of tone. So at 2:20 I order my sandwich, my one sandwich and that's all. "I'd like one double roast beef sandwich that's all please" she says "5.95" . No thank you no anything she didn't ask me if that was all she didn't ask me if I needed anything else you didn't offer me a drink none of that. Now I'm not sure if I'm even welcome here, judging from all of that. It didn't sound very welcoming. Oh but wait there is one shining little ray of sunshine in this whole mess as I pull to the window at 2:28 the girl who greets me is beaming. She says she'll have my order right out after she gives my card back and when she asked me for sauce she actually put it in the bag and then she told me to have a great day. I do not know what the difference in these two employees is maybe it's a bad day maybe the other one is just kind of tired of having to be the person that works at Arby's catching all the flack for the long waits in the Drive-Thru and things like that. But I'll tell you what the girl at the window saved the Day. I didn't give any stars when I started this review but I'm going to go ahead and give it four. I was in the drive-through line for almost 30 minutes to get one sandwich but they were pretty busy. It does look like things have gotten a little better since the dining room open maybe or it could be because I came in the daytime? needless to say though I'm really glad that girl was at the window because other than that I was not having a good experience at Arby's. I wish I'd have...

If i could give this place no stars I would but sadly I cannot. i’ll start with the ridiculously long line wrapped around the building with the lobby closed. 30 minutes later stuck in line and after placing our order we get to the window. The people ahead of us stopped and got out the car to come back to the window to get someone’s attention that they forgot half of their order. After another 5 minutes of waiting for that persons corrected order we finally get ours. Except it’s not ours. We say something and give them back our receipt to show our order and they come back at us saying they charged us the wrong order and we now owe. Only 30 cents so we said ok whatever and paid. Then we get the receipt back and it’s not the same one we gave them. we correct them again and get our 30 cents back then the girl with the long pink nails literally doesn’t leave the window and hands our food that was sitting beside her the whole time to us. Then wants to tell me to calm down when i asked her how long it was sitting there getting cold. Long story short DONT GO...

Worst Arbys I have ever been too and I used to live in Martinsville....i came from out of town to assist my father whon had surgery today and I stopped by Arby's to grab him some fish sandwiches to eat after his surgery. I went thru the drive thru & asked for them if they had chicken wraps- ask because he couldn't have bread. The drive thru Rep had a nasty attitude just asking the question. I asked for 2 for 7 fish sandwishes.. and I asked for 4 of them. I didn't think nothing of it, my father said it was OK. I noticed when I got him home that they gave me fish sandwiches with no wraps or bread. Just fish and tomato in between more lettuce and not to mention they charged us extra for lettuce and tomato.....Never going back and I advise no one to either....Disappointed in this store and this generation of no caring...
